It related to personal financial future, the things we sometimes neglect to think about like life insurance, estate planning and retirement planning. I was going to the same tax guy for about 8 years and he made my wife and I feel like we were just a number. We were in and out of his office in a few minutes and received what we thought was a good tax return a few weeks later. It wasn't until my brother in law referred us to Helen after he raved about how great she was. Change is never easy but switching to Helen to do our taxes was one of the best decisions my wife and I had made. Now we're raving about how great she is to everyone and I referred all my friends and family to her. She's absolutely great at what she does but more importantly, she's his a great person who cares and is always willing to educate us on our finances. My neighbor initially told me about Helen and Guardian Tax services. It sounded too good to be true. Initially, I thought the fees may be a bit high. .. The key is initially, once Helen studied my documents and asked a lot of questions, studied some more and asked a couple more questions I was shocked at what I was able to recover in tax refunds. Ms. Mathis is freaking awesome! I met her through a mutual friend who for years, told me I should see her. I had been going to the same tax man for a few years and was pretty satisfied with his work. I got a good chunk of money back. Well, this year I decided to give Ms. Mathis a try. I am so glad I did! She found so much that I can and should be claiming.
