I am probably GSI's most lost standing customer. Guy built my website www.knifeman.co.uk way back in 2001. My website came with a great admin system and is a breeze to maintain and process orders.
All at a very reasonable cost
Most importantly, thanks to Guy I was on the 1st page of Google within 10 weeks of my website going live and have stayed there ever since. I can also count my websites total downtime in hours (approx. 36 hours of downtime in 15 years). This speaks for itself.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What makes your happy customer? Why? Because we reverse-engineer that happy customer to find out everything that leads to great online experience. The process and flow of a website is different in every case, every business. I want to understand the business, the service and the products as well as the customers. I want to know where we want to be in a year and in 5 years. The more I know, the better the result.
What do you love most about your job?
The WOW! when we get it absolutely right and the thanks we get because we've taken the time to understand how a business needs to work and automated almost all of those old, time-consuming manual processes that managing a business used to involve. It's life-changing stuff!
What inspired you to start your own business?
A need to push boundaries and exceed expectations coupled with a hatred of the Monday - Friday 9-5 routine. We love what we do and we're all a bit workaholic.
