I approached Asad for help when applying for a new job. He helped me to organise my c.v. and personal statement for the job. I was immediately shortlisted for the position and I truly believe this was because of his help. I then asked him to help me with interview preparation for that job. My 12 year old son started tuition with Mr Asad only a few weeks ago and from the first lesson I could tell he would go far and reach his potential. My son is not a keen academic, and hates English as a subject, but absolutely loves his English lessons with Mr Asad. Mr Asad has been absolutely amazing with my Year 9 daughter, building her confidence and helping to reinforce what she has learnt in school (and filling in any gaps).
The lessons are well structured and enjoyable. He is organised and very responsive. The homework that is set is appropriate and Mr Asad runs through any issues in the following class.

Mr Asad has been a breathe of fresh air for my sons as he focuses on the individual child and on their strengths to build a positive relationship with learning. From this, he picks up their weaknesses with my children feeling comfortable to speak about some subjects they may not understand, even if they ask repeatedly. Mr Asad has been a very helpful & open teacher, he has connected with my boys (14 yr & 12 yr old) bringing out further desires within them to actively learn more about the sciences. He encourages them to understand first before making notes. The feedback he provides after every lesson to me via a tracker he has setup is brilliant as I can see where my children need to progress & also what they have learnt along with the homework set. I am very happy with his supportive style of teaching especially as a homeschool parent. I would 100 % recommend Mr Asad if you wish for your child to have a continuous love for learning. What do you love most about your job?
I was inspired to go into teaching and education because of certain teachers who had a positive impact on me personally early in my education simply because of the excitement and enthusiasm they brought into each and every lesson and instilling confidence in me. I adopted this as part of my teaching philosophy and as a result I have noticed the same impact on my students.
As a teacher, tutor and mentor I have had many opportunities to help students understand difficult concepts, view failures as a means of growth and thus develop a love for challenges, gain transferable skills that will benefit them in the future and ultimately instill a belief that they can achieve their aspirations. It is moments like those I know I made the right choice.
What inspired you to start your own business?

After reaching the pinnacle of my career as a Chartered Engineer and working in industry for over 18 years I made a life changing decision to leave the lucrative profession of engineering and pursue a career in teaching. This was all because of the influence of my school teachers and wanting to give something back to society.
Since qualifying, I have taught in both primary and secondary schools and also gained over 5 years of successful (one-to-one and online) tutoring experience of primary, secondary and A-level students.
It was the encouraging feedback I got from parents and the positive change in mindset and attitude I saw in my students that gave me the courage to start my own venture in offering more personalised and tailored educational services.
