I have been seeing Jamie for quite awhile now before I started I was in a real need to transform my life. I was going through multiple things all at the same time, Jamie has been a godsend to me and my life. She has completely helped me transform my life into something I would never been able to do without her by my side every step of the way. I feel like Jami is my own personal Oprah. I've been working with Jami for nearly a year and a half. I wasn't quite sure what clarity a life coach would bring, but I knew I was unhappy in my job and that something had to change and I needed help and couldn't keep depending on friends, family and boyfriends to solely help me through my problems. And I'm so happy the universe helped me find Jami! Once we worked through the job stuff (she guided me through transitioning out of one) other amazing changes begin to happen as well. Relationships that weren't serving me were clearer and it was easier to see that and release them (and conversely I saw that relationships that were important to me deserved more time and enjoyment). I naturally started eating much healthier, I started meditating, exercising more, prioritizing self care, and taking the time to get quiet and listen to myself. She's been so much more than a life coach to me- I consider her a real spiritual coach as well. It's been a huge year of transformation for me and I'm so grateful to have Jami as part of my team guiding and encouraging me along every step of the way. Jami is amazing. So far I have been seeing Jami 7 months.  I originally approached her because I felt I wasn't doing enough to get back to work after being a stay at home for 2. 5 years.  Soon I discovered I also needed guidance in several personal relationships, as well as mindfully raising my child and preparing for a second child through my pregnancy. Things felt unorganized and I had no structure to what I was doing on my own. I had a general idea, but needed to fine-tune the details so I can truly move ahead.  While my original reason for working with her was to get clarity on what I wanted for my professional life, her influence has also helped me personally.  My prior mindset to meeting Jami led me to being spread too thin with no solid direction in my career, personal relationships, and even my physical well-being.  Now I can see structure in my life and am establishing boundaries both professionally and personally. I have been seeing Jamie for over a year now. I came to her not knowing anything about Life Coaching but right away Jamie made me feel comfortable and able to freely talk. I was in a really dark place and my life was nowhere near where I wanted to be. After listening to Jamie and her soft guidance I have a much better direction now and feel a lot happier. I look forward to seeing Jamie each week and she has been an answer to my prayer. It's almost as though I am meeting a close friend. I have gone through many obstacles  but don't think I would have to be able to do it without Jamie. Jami is so much MORE than 5 Stars.  She is one of the most inspirational women I have ever met.  She has an enviable ability to listen, help find solutions you would've never thought of, bring perspective to a situation and hold you accountable for the work to be done.  I have been working with her for close to a year and Jami has helped me in both my professional and personal life.  I recently had a 2nd baby, moved across the country and started in a new role at my job. With all the stress and changes at once, Jami helped coach me through the planning and transitioning. The most important piece and where we have spent the most time talking is on my family. As of mother of 3 herself who has done cross-CONTINENT moves, I looked to her for advice on how to help keep it all together and not lose myself.  Her advice is real and effective. Jami helped me achieve something that I never thought would be attainable - inner peace, comfort in my own skin and acceptance for who I am. With each session, Jami helped me determine what I wanted most out of life and worked with me to create a viable action plan.  She held me accountable for progress every week, provided valuable advice along the way and lent a caring shoulder to me in my darkest hours.  In all seriousness, Jami may have saved my life.   Before I began coaching sessions, I was lost and broken; locked in my own closet for nearly 20 years.  Looking back on it all now, I can honestly say there is no chance i would have been able to accomplish my goals without her help.  She was a true angel put into my life and I am thankful to have had the benefit of her insightful guidance along the way. I am very grateful for Jami! she has been my life coach for a little over a year, I've made so much progress that I am amazed when I think about it all. I was struggling with myself because I didn't know what I was meant to do with my life which was very frustrating and made me very unhappy, but Jami patiently listened to my problems and always guided me and given me great advice. She has helped me discover the person I really am and my true potential. I now know what I want to do with my life and my career. I know I have a purpose and eventhough life gets difficult, Jami has thought me to look for the positive in every situation. Jami is a rare gem whose passion and skill for helping people with life's challenges will leave you with an experience you will likely remember for the rest of your life.  A few sessions with her is like 3 years of therapy!  After only my first session, I knew that her dual ability to act as my new business strategist and life coach was exactly what I needed, so I am now committed to this process - a first for me!
