Not the best service to be honest. Geraldo was pleasant enough, not the best English which made it difficult to communicate my wishes.
They was late on both occasions, up to 1.5hrs. House was clean when finished but not fresh smelling which I expect after the cleaners have been. Probably will only use again in an emergency. More...

the management is very poor. the cleaners were 1,5 hours late with no notification. they did half the job and expected to be payed in full. after explaining that they did not finish they were very rude not wanting to discuss for at least to finish the job. the manager also did not care about the job. will not hire them again. Even though Geraldo is great. The management is very poor. I asked for VAT receipt 4 weeks back and management is ignoring calls.

They were fine. They did everything we agreed, did it well, and complied with all my requests. Good response time too. However, they charged me for each person while they gave me the impression at first that they charged as a company. Good and clean work but pricey as they charged fees for 2 separate individuals while on bark it is mentioned 15 pounds per hour as company fee. I wanted house to be cleaned at company rate not on individual rate. If instead of two 5 people would have come to clean my house I had to have pay 75 quids which is not correct. More...

Really fast response and good quality pros

Easy to organise a few cleans for my parents during illness, they were very happy with the service and the price was very competitive.

The owner called me within 30 mins of my post. Today I had my first clean and I am very impressed. Will now be using on a weekly basis.. Very happy customer.

Geralda was a nice lady but this company that she worked through was a bit too insensitive I believe. The company said that their cleaners will move all the furniture to clean and will clean everything and then they sent only one lady cleaner which is I think too much for her.
She did half of the house and I had to send her back because I didn’t think it was fair to her. Next day 2 cleaners were sent in my absence despite informing them to arrange when I’m at home. They didn’t move the furniture, didn’t clean the fridge, didn’t take out things from cabinets to clean and when I asked that I needed these things to be done, I was asked to take out everything from fridge and cabinets so that cleaners can clean them. I paid £250 for the SO CALLED deep cleaning of my 4 bedroom house.
