Marina Silvestre was able to help my child work through some tough issues. Marina understands teenagers and the use of CBT therapy (which other places claim to know and did not). Groundworks is a professional, calm and helpful environment. Only downside is they do not take insurance, so it was very expensive. Worth every penny, when fighting to get your child to receive the tools they need to function and life. If you have an anxious and or depressed child, you have found the right place to get the help. Absolutely love everything about GroundWork Counseling. My daughter works with Cyndy and she has helped her so much, I'm very thankful! !! My daughter is a different person because of this therapy. I recently had a situation with my niece when school restarted. Â She just didn't want to go to school. My sister was very worried and didn't know what to do. Â We researched and found out that Courtney worked with a lot of children and teenagers. Â At that point we decided that she was the one that could help us out. Â She is fantastic! The change in my niece attitude is really amazing. She really bonds with teenagers and understands what they are going through and offers great advice.
