The atmosphere at the Tiki Bar Kinson is amazing. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The food is very tasty and portion sizes are good. Great flavours.

We came for a meal for 2 and we will definitely be back. We came when they first opened and we would have said 4* As it was still in its infancy however upon our return we are shocked at how good it is for an independent resturant. Friendly staff great food great drinks (different to the mainstream) we will happily return soon. Our only criticism was that the music was too loud and not at an ambient level, that being said we didn't request to have it turned down and we were under a speaker so it's our own fault. Visited Grill Shack with my mate who is a fussy eater but he ended up ordering a second plate. That says it all, doesn't it? :) We were well pleased with the impeccable customer service coupled with the wide variety of delicious dishes that come at readily affordable prices.The waiter with dreadlocks (whose name I don't remember) even went an extra mile to show us where to park safely.The quality of their stereo was impressive too and there was a perfect blend between the music, atmosphere and the food. The bar staff was great as well. It's a great place for a date, small to medium sized gatherings, as well as small occasions. The only limitation is the size, I presume. I doubt if the place can accommodate 100 guests at the same time. I also wish they did door-to-door deliveries so some lazy people like us could just place an order online whilst watching Netflix...We will definitely return!! Thanks Grill Shack team :) More...

Thank you so much to Daniel and the team at the Southbourne Tiki Grill shack. We had an amazing New Years Eve party to celebrate my parents Ruby Anniversary. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the night and the buffet style food was delicious. All of our guests had a fab night thanks to a great venue and a positive vibe. Went to tiki tonight, absolutely loved it. Not often I go out of my way to leave a review, but the food and service tonight were top notch. I was a little disappointed when they came back and told me they didn’t have part of my order, but rather than saying I couldn’t have the dish they offered an amazing substitute, not like the typical ‘computer says no’ response you seem to get everywhere. Only criticism I’d have is they lie on the menu about the amount of food you get, my dish was much bigger than described � (not actually a criticism) 100% recommend! More...

Had an amazing meal here last week, the strawberry daquiri was incredible and they even brought some out for my 5 year old son (without the alcohol of course! !) when they noticed him begging for some of mine... lots of extra treats for kids too like a colouring pack, bubbles, and the chef came out and gave my son a lollipop when he told him his food was "delicious forever" � generous portions, chicken cooked to perfection, great atmosphere and brilliant staff. We were lucky enough to be winners of the free meal with you guys :) And we LOVED it. Service was amazing, we all massively enjoyed our food. .the pork was the highlight it was so so good. I literally cannot fault anything, other than the cocktails were quite sweet but thats just my taste! The place was packed too, and I love how the chef came out to speak to customers (and the guy next to me thanked me for hearing how much I loved my steak so he ordered it too :) really great addition to our amazing high street, we'll see you again soon! Just went for lunch with friends, we had a chicken burger, a beef burger and a chicken wrap with drinks, very very tasty.
