This amazing food truck attended the Evanston Food Truck festival 2018 about a week and a half ago. So quick yet professional. The server was a older male who knew the menu incredibly well and catered to serving the people. The prices were reasonable; ranging between $8-$15. When you take a first glance the items can seem pricey when you're not getting any sides with each entree. However I chose to order the Down South southern wrap with the Sweet Q sauce and ..... boy let me tell you! So delicious and decadent. There are many ingredients on this wrap but they place it on a roti wrap and serve it to you like a taco rather than your traditional wrap. With one wrap I was partially full. Had I gotten two, that would've sufficed as a true meal for the evening. If you're in a Schaumburg or happen to catch this food truck in the city, please stop by and their items. You won't regret it. My work had the grill chasers food truck come out one day, and it was great! They were very efficient, and the food was ready really quick which was nice.    I had the down south southern wrap and the bacon beer cheese fries.  The wrap was really good!  The chicken was great and so flavorful, the slaw was delicious, and the roti was phenomenal!  I could eat stacks of the roti all day.  The fries are very good, too.  The cheese sauce was fantastic.  It is a little pricy for the portion size, so it isn't something I could afford every day, but I would go again for an occasional treat. We used Grill Chasers for a property open house event and they were wonderful.  Jami was great in helping me get the event set up.  She asked me what I was looking to do and then took care of everything.  I am always super nervous that I will run out of food, but with Grill Chasers there is no chance of that happening.  There was plenty of food to go around and I heard nothing bad about the food.  Everyone had great things to say and quite a few people even asked for Jami's information to book an event.  The Roti prata bread was different but so very good.  Everything was very fresh (they came early to the event to cook the food).  The chicken was tender and juicy, not dry at all. The mac and cheese was very good as were the fries.  I had the beer cheese fries...delicious!!  They had a very nice selection of sauces and toppings to put on the chicken wraps.  Grill Chasers is definitely a top notch food truck.  The staff were very nice and very accommodating.  I look forward to working with Jami and the team again in the future!! We had the amazing pleasure of having Grill Chasers cater our engagement party event. Our main concern was that none of our 200 guests would leave the event hungry. Jamie assured us that, that was not going to happen. Jamie delivered as promised, everyone who attended the party raved about the food that was served. The pulled pork, the chicken skewers, the macaroni and cheese, the gourmet French fries and the variety of toppings that were provided, was simply outstanding!We had set a time for everyone to be served and that was met with no issues. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The entire staff was organized and willing to answer any questions that the guests had. We had a few guests that were strictly vegetarian and Grill chasers was able to accommodate that without a glitch. I would highly recommend and will in the future have  Grill Chasers cater an event for us again. I was actually very impressed with this food truck. I'd rather eat grass than eat at FoodBarz again (the only other option for lunch in my building), so I was excited to see that Grill Chasers was coming to the office on this lovely Hump Day. Here's what I had: Chicago Bird Skewers: I had mine doused in Buffalo Burn sauce. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned well. The sauce was not exactly your typical buffalo sauce, but really good nonetheless, and not too hot. Jalapeno Ranch: This came as a "Chaser" for my skewers, and it was so good that I felt it deserved to be mentioned separately. Buttery, slightly spicy, and a great complement to the buffalo sauce. Roti Prata Pancake - I had no idea what to expect here, and what I got was the lightest and fluffiest flatbread you could ever imagine. I had no intention of eating this because I knew it was filled with butter, but then decided it was worth the obscene amount of calories it probably contained. Ate at the Grill Chasers Food Truck during an event on the campus of Northwestern University.  Good sized menu and variety for a food truck. They specialize in grilled chicken wraps, wings, Mac-n-cheese and some creative French fry dishes. They use a roti pancake  for their wraps instead of a tortilla. MUCH better flavor and texture. Where do I begin.... As I was deciding where to consume energy for lunch, my olfactory gland was struck like a bolt of lighting from the fingertips on Zeus himself. My eyes wandering for the source of this pleasant mindblowing scent. There it was, Grill Chasers. Upon reading the menu. Only one item caught my eye. BACONATOR. Holy shit it's good, it's got perfectly cooked chicken that's as juicy as Nikki minaj's ass. It's got bacon all up in that bitch. And chipotle aeoli. I manage 2 class A commercial properties in Lisle, IL and our café has been under renovation the past 3.5 weeks so Grill Chasers has been one of the food trucks serving our tenants during the construction process. Someone needs to call the Food Network because it's time for Jami and Gary, the hilarious and cool owners of  awesome Grill Chasers, to have their own show!  Our family and friends are obsessed with their deeply delicious food.  We first tasted their killer roti pancake marinated chicken, organic kale cabbage coleslaw creation over the summer and we were hooked.  So much so that I stalked them and made them come to our home for our son's Bar Mitzvah celebration dinner for 60 folks.  It was beyond wonderful.  Relatives from Atlanta to New York are still talking about the food and the whole groovy energy of their food truck.  Their mac and cheese will bring you to your knees and their fries and homemade sauces were so good that I saw even the skinniest crazy chicks going back for thirds! It was just so easy to work with Jami and Gary.  They were so accommodating and gracious! Their vegetarian dishes were just luscious, and they were extremely adept at keeping all costs reasonable.  Truly, Grill Chasers walks the walk for what a food truck should be.  They are THE package and I recommend them every chance I get! I helped organize a company-wide picnic lunch back in August and we had Grill Chasers come for the food truck experience. We absolutely loved having them ! We had over 100 employees and office members participate in the event, and afterwards, I heard nothing but raving reviews ( still get them to this day!)Our company really wanted a healthy lunch option, but nothing fussy and too exotic, and the Grill Chasers team was so helpful in helping us plan our menu. We ended up having a beautiful August day and THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! Grilled chicken, ole bird skewers and veggie skewers, slaw and salsa, roti prata pancakes, and assorted sauces; it was all fantastic. Perfect cuisine for our large groups' varied tastebuds and health conscious employees. And all the food was easy to eat on the fly or seated at a bench - no mess, no problem. We had this great little food truck come out to our office and the good was wonderful. The people working were friendly, quick (maybe 10 minute wait total), and attentive (which is hard to do in a food truck). I ordered a wrap, which I initially thought was too small, and fries. The wrap was delicious with perfectly cooked chicken. It was so filling that I did not finish my regular order of fries. I am also a new fan of their Asian Spicy Mayo (has sriracha), which was on my wrap and requested as my shooter for dipping my fries.  I'm glad my work had them come out, and I hope they come back again. Saw Grill Chasers at the food truck event in Schaumburg (if you haven't gone, check out my review and they're continuing the event every last Friday of the month through October! ) This one was probably my favorite of the night! So glad that they only offered their skewer tasters! For $5, I got two skewers of chicken prepared in my choice of sauce (I did the Sweet Q Glaze), a piece of their Roti Prata bread (A-MAZE-BALLS!), and a chaser, or dipping sauce. I chose the asian spiced mayo which was delish! You could tell they smoked the chicken before grilling (you actually saw the smoke ring on some parts!), and it was grilled off pretty well. I'd definitely go back...and probably hunt them down in the city! More...

GO GET A CHICKEN SKEWER!!!  They have amazing smoked chicken skewers with a selection of 5 sauces to either have brushed on or you can have a cup for dipping - OR BOTH!  This truck was my favorite new find at the Trucking Around Food Truck Extravaganza event in Schaumburg (See my review for more great trucks to try!)  Grill Chasers has their chicken portioned for sampling, but the samples are generously portioned so you will be happy with the $5 you spend.  They come with a Malatian pancake that is WONDERFUL!  It is very similar to a French crepe, but smaller.  This truck is worth stopping for and I will be hunting them out again!
