Offering clients a safe place to talk through their current life problems including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties including toxic dynamics, career crossroads, bullying and controlling behaviours.

I practice as a Transactional Analyst and integrative Psychotherapist, having studied for 3 years at the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy and Elan Training and Development.

I see clients in my home, which is situated in Hawford, between Worcester and Ombersley. It offers quite surroundings and privacy for clients who need some space to work through their current life stresses and difficulties.
