I am a level 4 PT with qualifications in Exercise Referral and a Specialist Exercise Instructor in Cancer Rehabilitation.
I specialise in designing, adapting and delivering exercise programmes to improve my clients health and fitness, and meet their training goals.

Gregor has made an outstanding difference to my physical wellbeing.
I had previously suffered from various muscular and joint problems, which caused a fair amount of pain. He has patiently helped me to strengthen the weaker areas of my body, explaining exactly why I was doing specific exercises. The back, shoulder and foot pain I was experiencing has gone.
I have a greatly improved my fitness levels and am really enjoying my pt sessions.
I was lacking in confidence and capability, my co ordination was really poor but now I am happy to say I have just signed up for a half marathon and feel really confident about running it. My general health and wellbeing has improved.
I have spent years on and off in the gym making little or no progress. Working with Gregor has been a revelation in what I can achieve, my only regret is I didn’t start sooner.

Gregor is a first class guy, never late, always with a smile when he's inflicting pain, sorry that should be exercise. I have been getting help from Gregor now twice a week for a month and I can already feel the improvement. Very highly recommended.

I help my clients build self-belief and confidence; I work closely with my clients helping them set achievable objectives and adaptations as small stepping stones to their goals. By helping them understand what they are doing, making changes they are happy with, encouraging their input and choice over their activities, they believe they can succeed.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is done through enjoyment and motivation. You can’t get away from putting in work to achieve your fitness goals. Through knowledge and experience of types of exercise and training systems, I remove the drudgery of hard work and replace it with variety, interest, and enjoyment … the body comes for free!

My greatest satisfaction is getting feedback from my clients when they share the personal achievements their fitness programme has enabled them to reach.

Fitness and sport has always been my passion. Having successfully coached and mentored people throughout my sporting life, starting my own business has allowed me to share my passion and use my vast experience to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, and improve the quality of their lives.
