Greg is a truly fantastic trainer. Every session is different whilst maintaining that progression is still the main focus. It’s not just about contact time, Greg structures my sessions for my non-contact hours and monitors their intensity by reviewing my heart rate data and calorie burn. The sessions are specific to supporting and improving my main sport which is Triathlon. I have progressed far further than expected in 7 weeks a all the niggles I had before training with Greg have gone! More...

Have worked with Greg for about a month now and he's been very helpful! I was very impressed by the group fitness sessions I had attended led by Greg, but was keen to push myself with properly tailored one-to-one sessions that could take account of my age and some physical problems with my back and right knee. Greg was absolutely brilliant at designing a balanced programme, encouraging me to keep going when I wanted to stop but adapting and changing anything when I needed to do so to avoid damage. In the weeks that I did personal training with Greg, my strength, stamina and confidence increased markedly to the extent that I was able to join group sessions with very fit hockey friends 20 - 30+ years my junior and not feel out of place. I highly recommend Greg both for his technical knowledge and innovative design of fitness training sessions (which were excellent) and his dry sense of humour on chivvying me along to be the best I can.
