Dear Greg. I just wanted to post to tell you about my sister. She said she really liked you, and that you helped her a lot with her trauma.

I can see huge permanent changes in her from the work you guys did – she has lost that chip on her shoulder that she carried pretty much since toddler-hood. She no longer gets unreasonably angry or overreacts. In fact, about six months ago, she said that when someone says something that would have put her into a rage in the past, she said, “Now, I just puzzle over it.” How cool is that!?

I attribute this wonderful change to you and the work you did with her, for which I’m eternally grateful.

When I started working with Greg, I was experiencing anxiety after a major life change and move. I had worked with other coaches and therapists about my anxiety in the past, but not specifically around how it was manifesting at this time, and I was feeling very scared and knew I needed help. In our first appointment, I felt seen, heard, validated, and for the first time in a long time, did not feel like I was crazy, or that there was something wrong with me for the way I was feeling, let alone who I am. I am amazed at the safety that Greg creates – every time we work together – which allows me to go even deeper to heal unresolved trauma which I still experience in my body. Since working with Greg, I am less anxious, but when I do feel anxiety, I have tools to work through it, and as a result, it happens less often, it is less intense, and the length of time I’m actually in a state of anxiety is significantly shorter. Other benefits include increased self-confidence and self-esteem, trust in myself and my ability to create a life that I want, and a deeper relationship with a Higher Power that loves, supports, and guides me through life. I highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for coaching and/or healing from trauma – his knowledge and expertise, combined with his compassion and empathy create a safe place for healing that is client led. I love teaching and I love watching people get better. I love the feeling of knowing that a person's entire life will be different because of the time we've spent together.

If you've got anxiety, why not go with a specialist? Even if I'm a little more per session, you're much more likely to get what you need faster if you work with someone with the extra training and experience. This is definitely a field where you get what you pay for.
