I spoke with James about a short notice delivery (within a few hours) for my wife’s birthday, with no expectations that they would actually be able to help. James somehow made it happen and my wife loved the selection he put together! Understandably in the mix of all the other order that were being prepared a specific flower was missed but James not only sincerely apologized, he sent a 2nd order of flowers with a sincere apology card attached to my wife within a few hours of the original delivery. My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday. He asked for sunflowers and told them my favorite color is yellow and blue. They delivered my flowers to my work and it had no sunflowers. When my husband called they apologized and made me a beautiful new sunflowers an apology note. It is wonderful to see company still take care if their customers!!! I ordered Christmas flowers for my Mom and Dad, they were stunning, smelled fabulous and lasted much longer than I could have expected.
