Great facilities. I come here and train jiu jitsu. Matt Cram who runs the program in my opinion is one of the jiu jitsu instructors in Colorado. Greenwood is lucky to have him. To have a little prospective I have been training since 2005. I love training here and see my self training here for some time to come. More...

I joined this club in 2007 and I am proud to say I love this place. It is the best part of my day. Love the group classes and personal trainers! The culture here is amazing and the employees are like family. The club members are friendly and social. Amazing CULTURE!The luxury of the locker room is a great way to spoil yourself. I did leave and try Lifetime which was horrible and I am thrilled to be back at Greenwood Athetic Club! Love! I have lost so much weight and changed my life for the better. Don't bother going anywhere else for best experience for the whole family no other club comes close. The negative review about the remodel is disgusting and wrong. I am thrilled to have a club that keeps everything state of the art and modern. Thank you Greenwood for all the upgrades and remodels over the years. More...
