Extremely user friendly appointment booking, helpful and friendly customer service, plus the flat rate pricing so there are no surprises. Also, very helpful to me that our cleaner arrived with her own vacuum and she did an exceptional job. Our apartment was squeaky clean when we got home, including a beautifully made bed, which was such a lovely and appreciated touch.
