OMG I do wish there were more stars to give these guys. Right from the very start of contacting them they were so helpful friendly and professional. Kevin fab character totally knows what u need & gives you a true and honest quote without any hidden costs. Big thanks to Emma when our dates changed a number of times she was so reassuring and just adjusted removal date to suit us. Now for the move wow wow wow they worked so hard & quick no breakages, no scuffs no worries they turned what could be v v v stressful time into a lovely memorable experience. When we got to our new home they again worked so hard & it was pouring down with rain they got soaked but made sure our house didn’t get messed up. I booked with Emma and Kevin after previous arrangements fell through at a very short notice. They accommodated the date and time and service was excellent. Kevin and his lads arrived on time, were very polite, helpful and quick. We were doubting whether a sofa will fit in a particular space, they dismantled it and reassembled where we wanted it- magic! No damage to either house and from the way they handled furniture and packages I was immediately reassured they are very capable and experienced. Wonderfully efficient, professional family-run business! Kevin & Emma arrived with Liam at 9:15 the day before our move and by 1:30pm ALL our belongings were neatly packed into a stack of boxes. The next day Kevin and Liam + 4 additional men arrived at 9am to load the big green truck, including disassembling some items of furniture and getting a very large sofa bed down from our 2nd-floor flat (no lift!) Everything was loaded by around 1pm and the truck was neatly parked up onto the drive of our new property by the time we arrived with the keys. 3 hours later all the boxes were unloaded and flatpack furniture reassembled in situ. The large sofa bed was successfully manoeuvred down a narrow hallway into its intended destination without a mark on walls or sofa! Kevin & Emma are clearly very experienced and also friendly, professional and courteous. They took a load of stress out of the whole process. Would definitely book them if we ever move house again.
