I am a Therapist/counsellor (in training) specialising in Integrated Transactional Analysis. I work one day a week seeing clients with the charity MIND and see private clients the rest of the time. I work on a long term and short term basis with adult and adolescent individuals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to hear people's stories and to help guide people to see their own inner strength and courage in getting to where they are now. I cannot 'fix' anyone but I can help people to find their own resources to fix themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a beautiful therapy room which is a sanctuary of peace in a busy city. I love to use my skills that I acquired working as a Nurse for 20 years and applying them to the more individual process of Counselling/Therapy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a naturally warm and kind personality and can listen to your story without judgement. I have a high level of empathy and nothing you tell me will shock me. Everyone's story makes sense in the context of their personal history.
Adult Individual Face to Face Therapy
At my beautiful therapy room in Eccles, Manchester, I offer 1 hour face to face therapy sessions with Adult clients. I work mostly weekdays and some evenings. I charge £40 per hour and offer a sliding scale payment service for those clients on lower incomes. Do not be afraid to ask if £40 is beyond your budget.
Online Therapy
Using Whatsapp Video or Facetime, I offer online therapy sessions for those clients who are unable to get to my therapy room. I charge £30 per hour for online therapy.
