It makes a refreshing change to work with Agents that are passionate about what they do. Martin's drive is certainly second to none and his determination will see this Agency grow from strength to strength.

Michael C will chase buyers/sellers and their respective solicitors if I feel a transaction is hitting delays.

Great working with Maurice and David getting a portfolio sale over the line by making sure everyone involved was updated.

Used Greenco to rent my first house, Not only was the experience heimeshe, it was also 100% Snag. During the waiting period while at their office, they offered me a three course meal consisting off bubbys gefilte fish, cholont with extra kishke followed by a large portion of gallaretta & shmaltz herring. We concluded the meeting by benching (obviously with a mezuman).

I must also mention the location, for me the company I rent my home from must be in a good location, there is none better than Greenco, it is not only above the best hechshored meat store, it is also across from the most frum supermarket - Halpern’s.

Lastly, I would like to go into detail on the medraga of the tzadikkim who dealt with me, Mr Martin was truly phenomenal he gave me the best advice on how to arrange my finances in such a way that I could still shteig in the morning, and most importantly pay my rent at the end of the month.

Can only recommend these fanstastic shadchonim.

Services

Greenco are well-known and well-respected across the north west for providing excellent customer service to clients who come to us to find their next residential lettings, and to the landlords who ask us to take full property management responsibility for their lettings. Owing to our expertise and strong relationships within the locality, the speed in which our properties are let highlights the quality of produce and service we can offer. The majority of our properties are let within just 5 days.

Proactive approach
Any property not let within 14 days pushes us to change our methods. We’re proactive, and we’re delighted that the reason our properties let so quickly is because existing tenants not only stay with us when moving property, but they recommend us to their friends, too. This is marketing money cannot buy, and the very reason we put people before property.

Tenant matching
This is not to say that we match any tenant to any property. What’s important to us is that our tenants feel like they have been well placed in their new homes, and that our landlords feel confident that their property will be properly cared for by the person taking up residence.

In order to ensure all of this, we take time to get to know our tenants, and make sure that all applications are fully referenced via an independent reference agency. Our partners verify everything from identification to income, and employment to eligibility.

One Stop Shop property management
Landlords who sign up to our property management package take full advantage of our one stop shop of services, whereby in addition to finding and matching tenants to their property, we ensure that everything is covered from rent collection to repairs, and from evictions to compliance.

As standard, this includes EPCs, gas safety and electric certificates, and buildings insurance. Even with issues such as problem neighbours playing their music too loudly at night – we can cover that, and landlords enjoy the freedom of not having to deal with the stress of circumstances seemingly beyond their control.

With many of our landlords not even living in the area, they trust us implicitly to manage their property and take care of their investment – and all from just £50 per month.

No let, no fee
In terms of our service as standard, we ask for no fee until the property is let, and we provide a free valuation service to kickstart the whole process. All of our work is carried out in-house to effectively market and promote our properties for our clients, so that landlords find their perfect tenants, and tenants find their perfect homes. All photography, inventory and viewings are included in the fee our clients are quoted, and there are no hidden charges or application fees. Not a single one.

Our work
At Greenco, our maintenance work is split into two parts. The first part is for works up to the value of £5k, which includes fixing and replacing items such as door handles, light fittings and smoke alarms, and cosmetic works including room decorations or instalments in bathrooms and kitchens. The second part is anything of a value over £5k, which covers anything at all up to full property refurbishment, renovations or conversions. Put simply, if it needs fixing or replacing, installing or ripping out, we can do it.

Our values
The ethos within our property maintenance team is to get the job done. With this is mind, it’s not unusual for our team to be out carrying out jobs at 10 at night; just so our clients can sleep a little easier in their beds knowing that their home is warm, well lit, safe and secure. What’s more, if your tradesperson spots any other small jobs arising whilst they’re out on site with you, they’ll rectify that situation too before they leave.

‘One Stop Shop’ property management
As with all residential lettings, we offer a full property management service for our landlords of commercial letting properties. For a small fee each month, our property management offering covers everything that our clients need for full peace of mind with their property. As standard, this includes maintenance and repair, rent collection, and even overseeing eviction processes if necessary. As rare as this process is at Greenco with our expert tenant matching, it’s still nice for our clients to know that they will never have to deal with a situation like that should it come up.

Compliant and covered
Whilst the commercial lettings process at Greenco is clear and simple, compliance is absolutely key, and so we are delighted to have the support of a team of independent legal partners, who can advise and run checks accordingly to ensure that the process runs smoothly for all tenants and landlords.

Everything from leasing to EPCs and buildings insurance is covered as part of our commercial lettings procedure, and we are proud that so many landlords choose to build a portfolio of properties with us.
