Sabrina and crew catered to 250 guests for our daughter’s wedding this past December. The meal was served at the designated time. ..it was at perfect serving temp...and best of all it was DELICIOUS!!! I still have people who were at the reception telling me that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We were over the top pleased with all she provided AND would highly recommend her for catering any wedding or event - large or small. We used Green Bluff Catering for our wedding and we were absolutely thrilled with the service they provided! The food was absolutely fantastic and the price was great for the quality and freshness of food they deliver. Sabrina was a pleasure to work with and kept in touch throughout the planning and tasting process. We enjoyed working with them and they made the food aspect of our wedding easy to plan. We just had a dinner and brunch catered by Greenbluff Fresh and it was wonderful! Everything was so good and all of our guests were raving about the food! Sabrina was wonderful to work with, great at communicating and making sure we got the menu that worked best for us. The brunch was awesome...I'm still drooling over the quiches and the coffee cake! Greenbluff Fresh catered three dinners and one brunch for our small group's multi-day wedding festivities this September on Lake Coeur d'Alene and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire experience. Sabrina worked with me and my husband to create a combination of buffet-style and plated menus, which included certain food preferences (lots of veggies) and even some dietary restrictions (like dairy-free). All of our out-of-state communication through the planning process was smooth and stress-free. We were also so impressed at their use of local and seasonal produce.

Our incredibly delicious, crowd-pleasing menu consisted of:

A chicken fajita bar with grilled onions, avocado-lime-cilantro sauce, garden salsa, green salad with roasted poblano dressing, southwest black bean and corn salad, and pineapple-jicama fruit salad with citrus-ginger dressing.

Apple butter chicken, vegetarian baked beans, brussel sprouts with pistachios, cranberries, and lemon, spring mix salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, blackberry-honey vinaigrette and a bowl of fresh seasonal fruit.

Hoison salmon with a plum compote, flavorful glass noodles, sautéed cabbage and bok-choy with slivered garlic, and roasted sweet potato medallions with a sweet-chili glaze.

And for dessert: coconut milk chocolate mousse, blackberry syrup drizzle, dairy-free vanilla ice cream, with chocolate-hazelnut bark.

We, along with each of our guests, absolutely LOVED every meal. I'd recommend Sabrina and Doc in a heartbeat! More...
