From start to finish, our experience with Green Turtle was stellar. Excellent communication all around between my wife & I and their catering team, Tammy & Summer. Their catering packages are designed perfectly for any budget and they have a ton of food options that will satisfy anyone's taste. During our tasting, the chef took the time to come out and greet us which was such a nice gesture. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was and how courteous and friendly their entire staff was. This is a great local grocery store with a nice selection of prepared foods. Whenever I don't have time to make side dishes (pasta, salad, soup, etc. ) I stop by the Green Turtle to pick something up. Parking is always convenient and there's never a long line to check out. Love the meats, the fresh seafood and the wine but the vegetables continually disappoint. I have had multiple times where the veggies looked ok at the store only to find them partially rotten or internally spoiled. Once I returned an item and although I was given my money back I also received excuses from the management and blame shifting regarding their suppliers. When you pay a premium for something you expect comparable quality - not so with their vegetables. It has happened enough times that I think there must be a fundamental problem.  I'll still purchase other items but not veggies.  The low quality for the vegetables keeps me from giving a better review. Cool little cafe inside an upscale market. The cafe is only open for lunch and a few brunch's a week, so check the hours. The Maine style lobster roll was rich and meaty . Lunch is consistently creative & delicious, serving portions are on the larger side and there is something for everyone - meat, seafood, vegan, beer, wine, etc.  today I had the shrimp gumbo, which was perfectly spiced w okra, and chunks of ham & shrimp. The poke salad (half size) was more than enough for 2. The bonus is the attached market, a great place for a variety of gourmet foods, fresh cuts of meats & seafood and some spectacular specialty items (try the Asian noodle salad...omg!). I attended a wine tasting which featured the top 10 wines for 2013 (rated by GTM). What a fabulous evening! Tim did a great job pairing the wines with the delicious food! I had taken a roadtrip in florida last summer and happened to stop by the green turtle on the way. I clearly remember my visit to the green turtle: the ambiance, the friendly staff, and the delicious sandwich- a reuben if i recall correctly. Typically I wouldn't recall stopping at a particular restaurant or grocery store, but these 3 things stuck in my head- I plan to stop again on my next roadtrip to Florida. While I cannot comment directly on the treatment towards disabled people, I would recommend this deli to friends and would stop by again if the opportunity came around. More...

Not aware of the service dog incident....but do enjoy the products....sometimes people need to step back and learn the whole story. .there is one side and then the other..and the truth lies somewhere in between. This is the quintessential shopping experience. They are fully stocked with a great selection of fresh cut meat, fresh seafood and a giant array of food items prepared in their large kitchen supervised by the head Chef Ercan. The Chef is a noted culinary genius. There is a fresh salad section, a deli serving boars head products. As you peruse the dessert station you end up with a watering mouth that can be sated only by purchasing one of the delectable morsels. Fresh produce and cheeses are equally abundant. Lest we forget their excellent wine and craft beer selection presided over by an in house sommelier. I truly cannot day enough good things about the Green Turtle Market. As a final note I would like to mention the owner Tim Dwight. He is really a nice guy. He is friendly , helpful and always willing to answer questions. Several people have mentioned he is rude. I find him to be an intense individual but never rude. I think he has done an amazing job growing this business. The Big Boy says BRAVO!!!!!! More...

Highly recommended! I usually shop the Green Turtle for the steaks and seafood or to grab some ready to eat entrees from the deli counter but recently I am addicted to the fresh made to order sandwiches for lunch. Tammy and all the staff at Green Turtle Market are hands down amazing! The food for our wedding day was absolutely incredible and the team is a dream to work with. They scheduled and planned the most amazing tasting for us when we were still looking for our caterer. They went above and beyond and served us the most delicious meals. Tammy was more than accommodating and such a joy to work with. Our guests all raved about the food and could not stop talking about how delicious it was. Green Turtle Market recently catered our wedding and OMG, it was amazing!

The entire Green Turtle staff at our wedding was so accommodating and attentive. Tammy was a joy to work with and always seemed so excited to talk to us about our event. She allowed us to completely customize the menu and made our tasting feel very private and special. The hardest part was deciding on the menu because everything was so delicious.

Our wedding guests are still raving about the food! The staff at our wedding even came and found us while we were taking photos after the ceremony with a plate of hors d'oeuvres.

A great boutique Gourmet Market in a convenient location.    Both their ingredient as well as their preprepared foods are excellent.   This is the only place in the area where you can purchase genuine cans of Cafe du Monde Chicory Coffee.  (The perfect way to start the day.)The meat and seafood are fresh, flavorful and nicely presented.   Nicer filets or salmon cannot be found anywhere in Brevard.   The staff is friendly and attentive.   The baked good are fresh and delicious as well. There's a myth that these gourmet markets aren't priced competitively, certainly it would be easy to assume that and I've been to a number of specialty markets where that's been the case, but as most know that frequent these types of markets, pricing isn't everything but it is a factor. Although this was my first and only visit to Green Turtle Market I was beyond impressed with the quality and the prices. The amount of unique items is as you'd expect, every aisle is stocked with a vast selection of gourmet food stuffs and as impressive as this is, the chilled cases are what seems to be the attraction here as well as the extremely fair pricing.The entirety of the back wall here is lined with cases all staffed to fill your order as fast as possible, but understand there's no need to rush here, window shopping is encouraged for those of us who haven't previously experienced the dishes created here. Starting from the right working left you'll find the bakery it's so tempting it's filled with cakes, pies, muffins and just about anything your sweet tooth craves, then the freshly made specialty salads, so many options, all look delicious I'm sure there definitely something for everyone inside. The center case was filled with entrees from shepherd pie to stacks of single portioned vegetable lasagna, keep walking and you'll see the spectacular selection of sausage, marinade chicken and prime meats, including select veal and prime steaks hand cut to any thickness you desire. Finally my favorite case the seafood case filled with beautiful fresh fish, colossal shrimp, lobster etc etc etc...Be sure to bring your chilled cooler if your traveling in from out of town as I did so you can take advantage of some of these beautiful selections of chilled dishes, meats and seafood. We got a gift card when we bought our house a few miles away....finally made it in.....WHY DID WE WAIT A cafe on one side and a boutique deli meat market seafood market wine market with great sandwiches made to order for taking​ out or eat on the porch. Now you can get table service in the Cafe and that is something we will do next time. Bought three different sandwiches and two root beers​ and a cream soda. WOW,​ the sandwiches were great and it was a busy Sunday​ at lunchtime​. The staff was friendly and the cashiers were very helpful in explaining how it all worked. The clientele​ was friendly​ too. A little-known​ perk and pointed out by a fellow shopper is the free beer on tap.....very cool....so don't abuse it. Having lived in the area off and on for forty years the beach needed and needs places like this that have quality meats, sandwiches, ​and service.  A must do again and soon. The team at Green Turtle are professional, timely, and personable. Tammy and Summer are both a true joy to work with! As a wedding planner I have a higher level of expectations than the average client. Chef and his staff consistently knock it out of the park for my clients and for my personal events as well. They catered my baby shower a few months ago and I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. From the tasting to the presentation on the day of no detail was overlooked. They accented our setup with pink details and worked with me to create a custom all pink menu for our baby girl's pink drenched shower! They put out description cards for each dish so guests will know what they are being served and their service staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is beyond fresh and delicious every time. Have eaten here twice in the last month. Lunch is amazing! Have gotten soup both times (shrimp gumbo and cream of mushroom). Easily two of the best I've ever had. Whatever the soup is....get it. Also had the fresh fish lunch special and the steak sandwich. Both were amazing .  The place is always busy and everything looks and tastes super fresh. Don't get turned away by it being connected to the grocery, that's what makes it so awesome. Service is always super friendly as well .  Really can't beat this place More...

We had Green Turtle cater my daughter's wedding March 3, 2018. It was great! We did a pizza buffet with salad, pasta dishes and veggie's very yummy. Great little shop! It's a boutique gourmet deli with a huge deli selection!  Thank you for also having amazing cheese,  like 4-year aged cheddar that makes my eyes roll back. The land shark on tap is a very nice touch.
