I started my own business because from the age of 18 and leaving school, I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted to do. I started by starting an Apprenticeship with Leicester City as a Football Coach as I love Football. I did this for 2 years, but made no progress so I decided to move on. I became a Car Salesman at SEAT, then moved on to being Admin at Creative World of Crafts and then onto Acclaim Driving School working on Social Media Marketing. I was always interested in Websites and Marketing, working on each element in each job I had. I left my last job as I felt like it wasn't going anywhere, so I thought I could do this myself. With the help of my Dad, Mark, who has over 20 years of great experience in IT and Web Development, I created Green Stripe Media. We wanted to offer people something different, which is the Monthly Subscription, as the majority of companies in our industry, just design the website then run off. We wanted to be able to hang around and offer any help or make any changes at any time. This is exactly what I want to do and I have finally found my career.
