I have to say, Britty absolutely ROCKS at her job! I was BEYOND impressed by how awesome she was to work with! She is professional, prompt, fun, energetic, knowledgeable, resourceful, and loved what she does!

Britty always responded to my inquiries right away, even on a Saturday when she was swamped with prior weddings! She was awesome. She was happy to help me with anything and everything. She provided me suggestions for vendors she works with (and is not endorsed by) and gave me a briefing on their price range and their style. She helped me created my timeline for the day, and made sure all of my vendors were there executing their jobs the day of my wedding. I literally left everything in Britty's hands and she delivered.

She even did the majority of the setting up such as my place cards and guest books, etc. Have I mentioned yet how BEAUTIFUL 413 on Wacouta is? It is BEYOND gorgeous! Multiple guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to.

Britty provided the chairs, table linens, lighting, and other small details on my big day. When I saw the venue all finished, I was truly so happy with how everything looked. It was honestly my dream wedding in real life. The venue reflected our style perfectly. Small, intimate, romantic, and a touch urban with a splash of a vintage feel.

We had a total of 125 guests which was perfect. The venue is very well kept and all the staff there really did a wonderful job. Everyone was taken care of and I was able to enjoy my day to the very fullest.

If you're looking for a knockout gorgeous venue and top notch service with attention to detail, then 413 on Wacouta is the perfect venue for you. Going into wedding planning was not something that came naturally to us, and Britty at 413 on Wacouta, made the experience simple and seamless. She is easily the best and most prompt communicator I've ever worked with...and she doesn't do any of those automated or canned responses. Each message was personal and tailored to us as a couple; a reflection of how much she cares and how great she is at what she does.

We loved that there were no exclusive vendors but there was still guidance provided. The list of preferred caterers included great options at all price points. We also love the new BYOB option for the bar -- though we ended up doing beverage service through our caterer, it is an awesome perk if you're looking to save on the beverage budget.

The space at 413 on Wacouta is intimate and romantic. You can't beat the charm or the historic character of the building. Highly recommend booking here if you have the chance! Thank you, Britty, for being an integral part of this wonderful milestone in our lives! More...

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at 413 on Wacouta. We highly recommend both! First, Britty (the owner/operator) is FANTASTIC. She is highly responsive, knowledgable, professional, and reassuring from the get-go. Because this venue does not come with a designated caterer, beverage provider, dessert service, etc., there are a number of companies/parties to coordinate -- Britty was absolutely on top of it all. She welcomes any questions but also is super proactive about making sure everyone is aligned and the details are taken care of, taking a lot of the pressure off the couple. Her staff members also were easy to work with and helped the whole event run smoothly. Second, the venue itself is beautiful. From the lighting to the stone walls, you don't need much to decorate. We only had a few candles and flowers on each table, and that was enough. We're still receiving compliments from our guests about the gorgeous venue, and we are so, so happy we chose to work with Britty and get married at 413 on Wacouta! More...

Britty and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing for my wedding, and the entire planning process. They were always helpful and answered all our questions. The day went perfectly. The moment we walked in, we knew it was the place for us. The space is beautiful and Britty is the best! She knows her stuff and is so easy to work with! She was so responsive to all our questions and we always felt we were in the best hands. One of the biggest draws for us was how little we needed to do to the space - it is gorgeous and so tastefully decorated that there was very little we needed to bring in. Wedding day was effortless. We got married here on 10/9/16 and can say without any hesitation the venue and the staff earn every one of these five stars! We hosted both our ceremony and reception at 413 and the day was simply a dream. From our first visit we felt that we were in the best of hands and that we had found our dream venue. I got married on 9.3.2017 at 413 on Wacouta. My husband and I toured in 2015 for the first time at the recommendation of his brother, who worked in catering. It was only our as second stop, but it also would be our last. Britty was very warm, inviting, and professional through email communications as well as in person. Upon touring the venue we fell in love. We felt like it was a good value, we could have the wedding and reception in the same place, and it was so beautiful on it's own. As I said, I toured and booked in 2015, so that was a two year span that Britty and I had communication. She was quick to respond and never made me feel like a bother. She also was very understanding when I had to cancel a refresher tour a few hours beforehand after getting sick. On the day of the wedding, she was very accommodating. 413 on Wacouta is a fantastic event center. We had our wedding our wedding reception here, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with our decision. The venue itself is beautiful as a standalone and can fit the style preference of many.

Standing even above the actual space, however, is the owner Britty. Her business process is perfectly streamlined and efficient. She's able to guide you down any path you're looking for in regards to catering, parking, centerpieces, and anything else. Having that kind of expertise was invaluable with planning. On top of that constant professionalism, she's just a fun person as well, and you can tell she cares about everyone that she works with.
