We've been using Green Maidworks for over 2 years now, and are very happy with the service! They clean our 2 story and finished basement house in a little over an hour, and it looks great. I'm usually home when they come by, and they've always been careful with our furniture/possessions. Their website isn't the most high tech experience, so just give them a call. A person always answers the phone, and they've resolved any issues (just my needing to reschedule) right away. They were awesome!  I was 20 minutes late getting home.  When I arrived, the cleaners were sitting outside my front stoop.  I was so embarrassed and apologized profusely, but they were very understanding and smiled at my baby. I had a great experience with the Groupon deal! First, you don't need to call to schedule, on the email received after the purchase it gives you very detail instructions on how to schedule the visit. If you're able to go green then you can schedule a visit a couple weeks out, I couldn't due to family visiting that weekend and they were able to accommodate a visit on Friday from 2:30 to 5pm window ( I scheduled it on Tuesday).  Received an email, call and text the day before to confirm the time and that's it! I just sat down in my house after my second cleaning with Greenmaid Works and I have to say I am one happy customer! My fiancé and I recently started using this cleaning company for our once a month cleanings to help us keep up on keeping our house clean. With our busy schedules it's hard for us to give our house the thorough cleaning it needs regularly and with Greenmaid works we haven't had to worry about that. I've read the other reviews about less than par customer service and incomplete cleanings but here's what I have experienced. Prompt responses to any questions or concerns I've had and everyone has been so friendly. My house is cleaned thoroughly when I get home. My floors have been well mopped, beds are made, carpet is vacuumed, everything has been dusted, and the bathroom looks incredible (I hate cleaning the bathroom). On a scale to one to wifey, I would rate myself a seven. I'm an awesome cook, my nagging is on a low to medium level, and I've let myself go a proportionate amount to the time we've been together. I however, am terrible at cleaning. I'm the type of gal who will cook an awesome meal but leave you to wash the dishes...or at least have them sit in the dish washer until we have a need for clean dishes again. That being said, I love having a clean house. It helps with my anxiety and it helps me become more productive since I work from home. I just sometimes don't know how to get there.My sister, Kat V, sensing my disparity purchased a gift certificate for a home cleaning by Green Maidworks and I now feel like a new woman!I was a bit nervous on what to expect since their Yelp reviews tend to trend on the less than stellar side but I was pleasantly surprised. Three ladies came to my house during the scheduled time slot (which I conveniently did online) and basically did all of the cleaning that I often forget or don't want to do. They got into the icky part behind the toilet, the dark hole underneath my fridge, and all of the shampoo and conditioner buildup on my bathroom walls. The head crew member was easy to communicate with and had a great sense of humor. They finished the project and left without a trace (ok, there was one green rag left behind but I won't ding them on that). We have been using Green Maidworks for a few months. The best part is their use of eco-friendly products. This means no irritating chemicals in our home! I am really surprised about the customer service reviews. Our rep has bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule changes and to work out the optimal man hours needed to clean our home the way we like it. He couldn't be nicer!The crew is great with our two dogs and works well around us on the few occasions when someone is home during their service.Is the house detailed during each service? I have been using Greenmaids for about a year now.  I've used other Groupon deals and Living social deals and found that this is the best bang for the buck.  They don't do deep cleaning but for the price, amount of time they spend and efficiency, I do recommend them.  The bathroom, floors and kitchen are cleaned and beds are made.  If they forget something, just remind them and the next time they don't forget.    If there are incidents, like no show or late arrival or early arrival, they have been resolved. Unlike the other comments I've read, the customer service is pretty efficient.  The only time a no show happened, was because the staff was in a car accident and we were able to reschedule.  No biggie, things happen.  I don't mind an early or late arrival as Iong as they show up.  I can maintain the house much better after they come and clean my home and I use the biweekly cleaning.  If I find dust, I mention it to them and they make sure the next visit is thoroughly dusted.  No cleaning company is absolutely perfect, but if you communicate your needs and see an effort it is worth it.   I think some people's expectations are a bit too high, especially for a one time cleaning.  I've noticed, they focus on windows one week and focus on something else the next visit.  The only reason why I'm not giving a 5 stars is because there have been incidents where something wasn't done but it was resolved in a timely fashion and they do respond.  I like to deep clean and sanitize myself so I try to let Greenmaids do my easy maintenance cleaning and when I'm ready to disinfect everything it won't be too difficult. I have used Green Maidworks once through a Living Social deal.The management and customer service was pretty bad. I filled out the online form with three option days and was supposed to get a response with my scheduled service date within seven business days. No dice. The first round of calls and emails were not answered. The second round, I finally talked to a human and she set me up for 48 hours later (which was the original request date).The service itself was excellent. A three person crew came and worked quickly and left. My house was very clean afterwards. Few disruptions.My only hesitation with scheduling a regular service with this company is that it was incredibly difficult to get a hold of them (and for a relatively simple request). If it is going to be this difficult all the time, it would be too much of a hassle to go with this service on a regular basis. More...

They always arrive within the window they have confirmed with me and customer service has always been accommodating when I've asked them to change the date or time. We have used Green Maidworks every few months for the past couple of years and I love them. My house is always well cleaned and they focus on whatever area I ask. For example, the first time I asked to make sure all my baseboards were cleaned and they were done well. The second time they did miss vacuuming some cat litter in the bathroom but when I pointed it out they happily re-did that room. They were also extremely accommodating in scheduling a cleaning quickly for me when my daughter was unexpectedly born a few weeks early. (I called while in labor and they scheduled me for two days later which I really appreciated!) We have been using Green MaidWorks ever since we had the Living Social deal and have had consistently great service.  They are extremely accommodating to our schedule (we have an infant and a toddler with naps).  I like that they do additional services that I can occasionally sign up for (fridge and oven cleans, for example).  They are great with our dog and cat, which is extremely helpful because I don't have to worry about them.The one time we weren't satisfied with the service they offered to send out another team immediately to re-clean the house, which I thought was great business.They usually send about 3 cleaners and are in and out quickly (they fill their time but do not doddle, which I appreciate).  I have used a couple cleaning services and we have been most satisfied with them. I've read all the bad reviews but I have to disagree!  I discovered Green MaidWorks via Groupon or LivingSocial (can't remember which now).  I am a working mom of two and my husband is active duty here.  I have to say, my husband and I have both been very happy with the services provided by Green MaidWorks!  Scheduling our vouchers was a little frustrating, but when I do speak with a representative they are very nice and accommodating!  I've never felt put upon by anyone I've ever had to deal with.  I have zero complaints with customer service!  The girls who come to the house do an amazing job, and honestly stay until my house is clean (even if it means staying an extra 30 minutes).  I would recommend them to my friends because after they leave and my house smells clean, I feel I can go about whatever it is I need to do. On one occasion, they arrived 15 minutes before their projected window, and I wasn't yet at home. We had some trouble understanding each other (bad connection and language barrier combined) but the boss called me right back and confirmed they would wait until I got there. I'm most impressed with the 3-woman crew from Green MaidWorks who cleaned my house yesterday. These ladies got right to work tackling dog hairs, dust bunnies and fingerprints! The crew was professional and courteous and left the house in much better shape than they found it. The floors (tile, wood, and carpet) were left spotless. Ditto for the bathrooms. I'm especially impressed by my now new-looking glass shower doors! They did a good job dusting furniture, window sills and blinds, too. Afterward my house smelled clean but not chemically. Overall, I was pleased with the service. I used a Living Social deal and had no problems with booking. A crew from Green MaidWorks cleaned my place yesterday, and it looks great!! I got the Living Social Deal, but the service I received in no way felt discounted. It seems that they have cleared up some of the earlier problems that were reported in previous comments. They now have an online system where you sign up, put in your deal # and three dates that work best for you. I submitted my request at 11:00 AM, and by 1:45 that afternoon I had a cleaning date scheduled.The people I worked with (Shawn and Kimberly) were very prompt and professional. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew was not able to make it on the original date that I was scheduled for because of traffic and other delays. I was the last cleaning scheduled for that day, and they likely would not have made it to my place until after 6:30. A very nice man called me around 2:00 that afternoon to ask if they could reschedule,  because it would be late and the crew would be tired, and he would rather I get a "fresh" team who would do the best job possible. They were able to fit me in the next week, and I came home last night to a sparkling clean apartment with no harsh chemical cleaner smell! The crew did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom, and with cat hair removal (the areas I requested they focus on when I filled out the form). I got the Living Social deal because my mom was in town staying with me, and she was really impressed (& she's tough cookie!) with the job Green MaidWorks did. She even asked if I got new a new kitchen floor, and I said "No, that's just what it looks like when it's clean!" They also did a wonderful job on my kitchen cabinets and cleaned the baked on food off my stove top. I bought a Living Social deal recently with this cleaning company, and I have to admit at first I was skeptical given previous reviews, but I am so glad I did because we had a great experience. Not only were they very responsive to scheduling the service, the maids did a GREAT job. They came in and scrubbed my floors so that they look brand new, they dusted my whole house, and my counter tops looked spotless. I guess they really listen to the comments posted earlier and improved their services tremendously, or maybe the comments posted were form just a few disappointed customers. I actually signed up for a regular service with them, I had had previous maid services and they absolutely did not compare.
