I hired this company in mid November to help improve the drainage in my rear garden. I had an idea what was needed - drainage pipes in gravel, with landscape membrane around them. Thomas did not use pipes - instead he simply put membrane and gravel in a trench leading to a soakaway. Having spoken to several experts in this area, they agree with me that this will make no difference. The overall work carried out by this company was of the most appalling standard and my garden was left in a disgraceful state. Trading Standards were appalled when they saw it. Furthermore, he tried to add VAT to the amount after a quotation had been provided, which is against VAT regulations. He also insisted on cash which I found most disturbing.
