I only needed bathrooms done. I Googled businesses, made a few calls researching...some companies won't do 'just bathrooms' and some quotes just a bit high for bathrooms only. Called GCMS and Eddie the owner picked up. Asked up front about BRs only and a quote. I got a yes and reasonable quote and...they were able to come the following week. Very happy! They arrived early (though I wasn't ready for them them yet!) and they graciously came back on time. They looked at the spaces needed cleaning and listened to my cleaning needs.
