Martin has helped me plenty. He is very knowledgeable and his work is clean and precise. I recently purchased a rental property that needed a lot of work. I have no experience with this. I have hired neighborhood handymen and other specialists. They all say different things and have different opinions. Most of the time they give me half the information that Martin can provide and take double the time. A gc is the way to go if you are not handy.
