Greenart was highly recommended by a friend so we did not shop around. First mistake. Made an appointment with our designer, Donna. She was very knowledgable which we appreciated. We were on a timeline so we selected only items that were in stock. We ordered everything in early December and since it was in stock there should not have been any issue with the items being delivered before our start date of Feb. 7th. My husband contacted to let them know that we were ready for the delivery in late January. Very difficult to get in touch with and very difficult to get a call back. We are now in week 2 of our project and we do not have the items needed. We were given 2 dates for delivery. On one date some items came but on the second date no one came. Good thing I did not have to take a day off work to wait for delivery! No contact from them at all. My husband made several calls yesterday. No response. Called several times today and finally got a call back. Apparently they do not have all of the items even though they were in stock when we purchased and left a deposit. Mentioned something about doing inventory. Are we in the 1950's? Inventory is electronic and automatic . Ok so just cancel and get them somewhere else?Oh no... it says on paperwork that you cannot cancel. So it looks like we are stuck. But I will certainly not be recommending this business. I purchased a vanity from Green art / NY Vanity in 1999. It has held up very well, and it is still looks pretty good. So when it was time to get a 2nd vanity for my master I went back for more. Green Art is good in that i don't feel they push the most expensive faucets, or products just so that they can make a commission. They steer you in the direction you want to go in. 5 STARS FOR GREEN ART KITCHEN BATH AND HOME! AFTER FLUSHING MY BROKEN TOILET WITH A BUCKET FOR 2 MONTHS, AND UNABLE TO FIND A CONTRACTOR TO RENOVATE MY BATHROOM TO MY LIKING, I MET WITH A PLUMBER THIS PAST SATURDAY. HE WOULD BE ABLE TO START 2 DAYS LATER, THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. MY PROBLEM WAS THAT I HAD NOT YET PURCHASED MY FIXTURES. GREEN ART TO THE RESCUE. I MET WITH DAINA ON SUNDAY AND WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE A BEAUTIFUL KOHLER ARTIFACTS BATH FAUCET, SHOWER FIXTURE AND KOHLER TOILET ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND PICK THEM UP ON MONDAY MORNING. For the most part things were good. Since they have two stores with people with the same name in both they need to ask which store are you calling for the salesperson. I had five minute argument with some person who insisted that my salesperson I needed to speak to was on vacation......then for four days I was told they couldn't find the top of my vanity when in fact it came in damaged and they did replace it asap. The bottom line is that I love what I bought and the bathroom came out great. This is my third bathroom do over and I have one more to go.......I will go back.... More...

I have just had an amazing experience with Green Art! They are a fantastic group of talented, knowledgeable, efficient staff. My only negative would be including “plumbing” in their title as they are so much more. They will assist you in all areas of your home. My husband and I recently embarked on a large renovation of two bathrooms in our home. It was more complex than your typical renovation. It entailed making a large, opulent master bathroom consisting of two adjacent existing smaller bathrooms. Additionally, we took a small guest room and converted it into a guest bathroom.We dealt with a gentleman by the name of "John Corapi" of Green Art. As a former contractor, John was extremely proficient in all facets of bathroom design. His ideas were creative and he knows the product line very well. We never felt pressured into spending outside of our budget. He was communicative throughout the process of ordering to delivery. The designers are awesome and the selection of cabinets ranges from high end to quality craftsmanship semi-custom. We also purchased our appliances and love our micro/convect oven. Green Art Plumbing has the best customer service that anyone could imagine. The folks who run the back office and sales are the most understating and respectful people you will ever have business dealings with. We ordered our bathroom set and it was to be delivered quickly but we ran into issues with our plumbing. Long story short Debbie who is the best customer sales support agent was so understanding they held our order at their warehouse for 8 months at NO CHARGE. Green Art owners didn't look at the bottom line to force the delivery and pay the 2nd half of the invoice but instead understood our issues. They never pressured us and held us to any black and white ink. Instead it was the most unexpected friendly caring team members who were at the end willing to help us through our bathroom delay. After visiting numerous other places with no success we went to Green Art (Freeport) on a recommendation from a friend who lives in Long Island. We came from Brooklyn and heard other people were there from the other 4 boroughs as well as upstate NY and Connecticut. That should say it all. They assign someone to help you and we got Terri Martello who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us with choices, offered advice and spent a fair amount of time with us even on a busy Saturday. She helped us through the process of advising on and choosing the right products while leaving the final choices to us. No intimidating force sales pitch like most other places. She sent follow up emails with orders and just to check in on timing with my contractor. The inventory is huge and two floors of displays including working shower heads with water ! I have enjoyed my experience with Green Art! They are a talented, knowledgeable, creative team of top notch staff! I had the pleasure of working with Ray Bernard. Alex, the owner of the company, was abaialable to lend his professional services whenever needed. My only negative is the word “plumbing” in ther title. They are so much more. They are a fulll service design house! Their lighting expertise is overwhelming. They have an in house design team that will answer any question! Renovating your house can be hard. And, in my personal opinion, picking out plumbing supplies is even harder. There are so many choices it's overwhelming. Which brand? What style? What finish? Then, we walked into Green Art Plumbing and met with Luis Fonseca. He turned everything around for us! We first came in on a Saturday afternoon and after a short wait met with Luis who was patient and informative and very knowledgeable. We took his advice, did our online homework and returned the following week to meet with him again. He spent a lot of time with us and by the time we left we were thrilled to have finished out this part of our work. He made the choices clear and simple and easy to understand. His pricing was fair and he was always quick to respond when we corresponded via email and phone. HE IS AWESOME. Go there, wait for him and you won't be sorry! Visited Today - Worked with Helen; She typically works in the Kitchen area. She was very nice and helpful. I like this place a lot. Helen was extremely patient and answered all my questions. She treated me very nice. This place is filled with very knowledgeable people that really know their craft and business.Had good reccomendations from some other guys @ FDNY. Showroom is lovely. They have a tremendous selection. Staff is helpful & very knowledgeable. Went to Green Art to purchase a faucet for our new kitchen. The staff is knowledgable and professional. What was most interesting is the way they work together. The salesman recommended to us was busy so a saleswoman jumped in. Their merchandise is high end and beautiful. Clearly not Lowes or Home Depot. Of course you're going to pay for it.
