Imagine walking into the house during our -30 degree weather this January, and you just know the house is too cold and something is definitely wrong. And on top of that is the weekend. This was the first company I called and the only one who returned my call with the hour, walked me through some solutions and John was on site the same day to tell me my furnace was.. well.. dead. We decided to install a new furnace and a tankless water heater while we were at it, the crew came the following day to install it and all was well once again. When I noticed a small drip from the tank's hose, one call and within the hour the crew was back to fix it. John also became my life line as I also got a nest thermostat which I could not install for a few months, but eventually he once again came when I was ready to install it, and walked me through everything. Met these guys two years ago wanting to build a website. Justin sounds tech savvy, but they were working out from a house. Even though everything sounds good and all, I wasn’t confident in them. Did the whole enchilada.... new AC, furnace, tankless water and attic insulation. These guys helped with the government audit (got a 30% rebate, took the old water tank back, and when I had a problem with a pipe they came and fixed it in 2 hrs.
They even gave me extra filters to compensate for extra time they required on the installation.
I had several quotes from various companies, and they were the only ones that worked closely with the government auditor so I could get the energy rebate. Also the only ones that can do the attic insulation.
They also have one of the best warranties.

Got a website done 3 months ago with an agency in Toronto. The experience wasn't great. The design was poor too. Tried many times telling the company to fix it, but there's never any progress. We own an Edwardian Century home, purchased in 1982. We replaced the old octopus furnace in 1983 with a gas furnace, but the newest version was over 17 years. We had had many previous companies, trying to get us to rent a furnace. Jason Ackerman was very patient with our questions, walked us through the energy rebates ( to come) and we purchased our furnace and a new humidifier and air conditioner through his company. The installers were very professional and hard working.
Jason also hooked us up with a reliable duct cleaner and advised us re: our leased Enercare water heater. This is still to be replaced, but has a buy out of $750.
