What’s your signature dish?
Moussaka
Layers of beef mince, cream, tomato sauce and aubergines in the oven. Served with corn pitta bread and feta cheese.
Souvlaki skewers with chicken ,beef burger,
Ouzo
and smashing plates.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always take seriously every request from customers in regarding dietary needs
We have vegetarian dishes and always check in allergens free requirements
All food are labelled of Ingredients and allergies.
What do you love most about your job?
Mostly we love to see happy customers while we serve and cook our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We had lot of issues in food regarding quality, when we first visited London and said this must change
the tomatoes must be tomatoes the bread must be bread and meat must be soft and tasty.
We want to bring change in quality of food, providing best healthy ingredients to all customers,
because at the end of the day, we are what we eat.
