David has worked with me to sell 2 houses and buy one since January of 2019. On all three occasions he has come prepared with the details. Helping compare the houses to others on the market. I have to say I could not be more pleased with the performance and results of Scott Holliday. His guidance and patients was far beyond our expectations. My wife and I spent many nights feeling we needed to make a decision because of how many months we dragged out finding a house we wanted, but at the same time were not sure what we wanted. Scott Holliday kept coming to the table with more options, constantly asking great questions to help us understand what we wanted so he could also research houses that met our desires. Being a buyers market we had time on our side and he kept reinforcing that which in return made us feel less stressed about making a decision. Tides shifted when we decided on a new home build…being ignorant in this area we met with builders on the side and low and behold after speaking with Scott Holliday about this he was able to assist in this area also. Saving us that stress and also negotiating with the builders, pointing out things I thought were wins on our end but in their world they were not. We finally bid on a property which for the record was one of the first houses we viewed. Even though he knew we wanted it on day one he still didn’t push to buy the house and let us find our own way to the house we wanted. We bombarded him with listings we wanted to see and he would show us houses sold in the area (sale price, purchase price and property taxes). These are things that I expected myself to have to do…so out of character I decided to post this to share my experience. I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to choose Scott Holliday. He gladly goes above and beyond the call of duty to make everything proceed quickly and smoothly. We made the mistake of picking another realtor over Scott and have been kicking ourselves ever since. We had little luck finding any offers over 4 months on top of being difficult to work with and bending over backwards for them to no avail.
