Great Play of Superior

Great Play has been amazing for us! Our daughter (now 2 years old) has benign joint hyper-mobility, which basically means she is super flexible. The activities at Great Play have helped her build her gross motor skills and increase her muscle tone and confidence. The staff and facility are both excellent, I cannot recommend them enough! My kiddo has been going to Great Play class and Open Gym since he was 6 months old (he's 20 months now). He LOVES it. The coaches are amazing and always make a huge deal when we walk through the door. They've helped him develop some really cool skills that I know he probably would've developed eventually at home, but they have great tools, in a great environment. I look forward to our great play class all week! My son has a BLAST and I love watching him learn through active play. The coaches are outstanding and make everyone feel welcomed and safe. Recently had my 3 year olds birthday party here and it was absolutely wonderful! All the kids had a great time and you could tell the parents were having fun watching their kiddos interact their friends and having a blast with the coaches. Our twin boys celebrated their 5th Birthday at Great Play in Superior Marketplace and had an awesome time! The whole experience was terrific as we were able to be involved in the party planning so we knew just what we were going to get. We helped select activities and music that were tailored to their age level and interest. The coaches executed the plan wonderfully and did a terrific job of entertaining the kids. They all had so much fun!! We, as parents, loved it because we just needed to invite people, take care of goodie bags, and cake/food (which allowed us to tailor to our "Octonauts" theme), and show up to have fun! Also, we were able to make it a drop off party which other parents appreciated (especially with Target and Costco in the center). Love that the facility was dedicated to our group during our party, and love that once the party was done we just packed our stuff up and returned home - no clean up!! We love Great Play! I've been coming here for now 3 years, starting with my daughter and now also with my son. The activities are engaging, coaches are personable and encouraging and the facility is big enough to run around for an hour (or longer) but small enough so I don't have to chase my enthusiastic toddler the whole time.

We had my son's 2nd birthday party here and it was fantastic! There were girls and boys between the ages of 2 and 5 years old and they all had a blast with the activities the coaches put together for the party, which were personalized for my basketball loving kid. This place is amazing! The facility is clean and organized and the coaches are warm, genuine, awesome people! My 2yo daughter is thriving there! There are so many times I think my daughter might not be able or willing to do something and I'm blown away time and again! She can be shy, and the coaches are amazing with her. Since our son is a November born and the weather is very unpredictable around this time of the year we decided to host his Birthday party at Great Play. Starting from the day we first went to check the center everything was very smooth. The location is very convenient and has lots of parking area for your guests, has a ramp for people with special abilities. The coaches for the event were fun loving, supportive and very good with the bunch of 3 year - 4 year old kids. We celebrated our daughter's 4th birthday here recently and I was totally impressed with the whole experience! My daughter and her friends had so much fun! The staff engaged them in fun acivities for one whole hour; there was never a dull moment! The games and music were all customized for our theme and everything was well planned and executed to perfection. The staff was very friendly and made my daughter feel very special on her special day. We just showed up with the cake and goody bags and they took care of the rest! The coaches are so enthusiastic and genuinely take the time to get to know each kid. They love coming every week. The staff that ran our party was amazing. The minute we arrived they immediately began helping setup everything we brought with us. Plates, silverware, and tables were provided and we we allowed to bring decorations and our own food/drinks which was great. Staff helped decorate, setup food, welcomed guests, all without us even having to ask them to do so. Once the party started they ran the kids entertainment and games 100% and kept all 15 kids ages 3-8 engaged the entire time. Parents got to mingle, eat, and watch. The staff had fun energy and great people skills! My only complaint is that the 1.5 hour time block for parties feels a bit rushed. We were lucky enough to be the last party of the day so we had a little bit more flexibility than earlier parties would have. I would recommend that parties be extended a bit just to allow time for setup and cleanup. Would definitely recommend Great Play for anyone looking for a great party that really is thoughtfully planned for you. More...

Great experience! We have celebrated our son's 4th & 5th birthday there, and the experienbce has always been superb. The staff is friendly with the kids, the activities are engaging to them, and while they have a blast, it does not get out of control. I would absolutely recommened it.

"The instructors are very creative. I like that while we are doing an activity they are already setting up the next activity so it keeps moving. I also like how they play pretend with the kids and every week something different is planned. Aiden has been going to Gymboree for an entire year and hated it every time we would go.
