I use Grand Cars regularly these days, and I am extremely happy with their service. The vehicles are clean, well maintained and stocked with water bottles. The drivers are always polite and well presented. Most importantly, they are ahead of time - in many cases over 20-30 minutes before time to allow for any potential traffic issues. Card payments possible and there is an option to get receipts over email. Being a regular traveller, I have used many taxi companies over the years. We used Grand Cars for the first time to EMA late June early July 2018. We have just one regret and that is that we have not used then before now. Everything was superb, the car, the driver, the office, the reassuring texts, just so professional and no more expensive than any of the "competition". Excellent service. Driver was very polite, he got out of the car, opened the door and handled the luggage.

During the journey there was bottle of water offered in the car and what I especially liked was that the radio didn't play foreign music and the driver wasn't talking on the phone, in fact when his phone was ringing he didn't answer it. I felt like a well respected customer who is getting all the deserved attention.
