Amazing amazing man. My sisters children being teenagers had mislead the bi folding door keys. After just over an hour of trying to locate them she called graham out at 8. 15pm. 10 minutes after calling Graham, with him half way to her house the keys were located and his visit cancelled. She was more than happy to pay the standard call out fee given that graham had already set off at that late hour. Graham, being the gentleman and honest trade person he is point blank refused to accept this fee and was adamant that no money was needed and it wasn’t an issue. What a wonderful wonderful man and a true gentleman. I wouldn’t hesitate to use graham in the future or recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith, not just because of the refusal to accept money but his lovely and receptive nature whereas nothing was too much trouble. What do you love most about your job?
It's a good question, the freedom and irregularity of the job you never know who you will meet, the challenge in defeating a lock, I still get a buzz from lock opening especially cars that satisfying clunk.! It's always a good feeling knowing someone has had excellent service and reading their feedback.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the health and education sectors for many years my focus has always been the ability to help people. I decided a change in career was in order and re trained as a locksmith, working part time initially building up knowledge and skills. I finally became full time five years ago after taking redundancy from my college tutor role.
Why should our clients choose you?
Originally set my business up in Manchester over ten years ago, now moved to Looe and cover Cornwall county and Plymouth area . In my time I have come across many locks and I am experienced in non destructive techniques , you will talk directly to myself , I will happily give you advice and information and an estimate of cost. Totally independent locksmith not a national call centre so my overhead costs are lower giving the customer true value for money.
