Grahams Hi Fi is one of the very best. I've known it for years since it was on Pentonville Road. Superb place with great and individual service tailored to your needs. I HIGHLY recommend them. My ancient LP12 recently went into Ray's care at Grahams for some much needed upgrades and revamp. Ray is a star - simply lovely fella. Took me through each upgrade expertly but not drily... he has a lovely personal approach to go with his considerable expertise. Needless to say, each upgrade (Cirkus, Lingo 4, Keel, new stylus etc) was carefully and skilfully installed.Result: my Linn sings again! Well, not so much just sings as performs whole bloody arias! It also looks beautiful thanks to a new rosenut plinth (cheers Ray!)The turnover time was fast too, so I wasn't left music-less for long. A1 service.Grahams is a great place, with beautiful premises and listening rooms, nice selections of quality gear, but also records/CDs, tea and coffee. You'll just feel right at home, trust me. Thanks Ray, and everyone at Grahams...Steve S More...

Good afternoon DavidI have taken the time to write to you, as I had the most wonderful experience with your company. I called yesterday as I wanted another pair of B&W stands for my speakers. The gentleman I spoke to asked me what I wanted, called me back 10 minutes later to advise they would be in today, took payment over the telephone, emailed me the invoice and today I came in and collected them. When I called this morning I mentioned my interest in a pair of B&W speakers and when I arrived at 2.00pm to collect my stands he had them ready for me to listen to. I then proceeded to spend over 30 minutes in musical heaven and the gentleman helping me was an encyclopaedia of knowledge. When I went to leave the store, I was asked where I was going and I said the tube - ‘oh you can’t carry those to the station I will give you a lift’. I usually avoid going into shops to make purchases, as I find it easier to do it online and often the shopping experience is disappointing.I am so grateful for such a wonderful experience. I know a few interior designers in London and whilst I am not sure whether they have every had much interaction with audio and visual installations, I will be recommending Graham’s anyway.Thank you so very much.Oliver More...

The best Hifi experts in London. They’d rather sell you a £12 drive belt than a £130 motor upgrade for your deck if that’s all you really need, and have you go away happy. And they treat you with the same friendly helpfulness whether you’re buying a budget cartridge or a £140,000 system - and yes, they do sell both!Simply the best. I’ve been going there since the early ‘80s and will never change More...

Sourced a replacement cable for a pair of B&W headphones. Cheaper price than online and great customer service. Will definitely go back.

A truly first class HiFi experience at every level. I've been working with Graham's for many years now, from my modest initial gear to the HiFi heaven that I have built up now. Always competent, accommodating, first class service, thorough auditions, and the best advice. Special shout-out to Sophie, who has been advising me through all these years, endlessly switching back and forth between things I've been comparing, listening to the same song over and over, until I could make a confident decision - even if the decision turned out to be that I just keep my current gear, never pushing one way or the other! By far and away the best and most professional team that we dealt with in the course a domestic house renovation. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to an exceptionally high standard.
I've been recommending them to everyone I meet ever since!

Had the pleasure of dealing with their service department.
Amazing from start to finish. Not only did they give solid, honest and practical advice, they went that extra mile for me in after service care.
Totally worth getting their view on the art of bespoking sound systems and upgrades.
My Linn now sounds absolutely fabulous thanks to Ray!

Excellent service. We moved into a house that had previously had a Grahams Hi-Fi system put into it. They gladly offered to come help us with it for free (without us asking). Which was amazing. Really nice and friendly people who definitely know their stuff. They say you should judge a business on it's after-care... This is really A++ More...

I have been visiting Grahams on and (more often) off for some 30 years. Their service has always been exemplary, with honest opinions on what is and is not worth spending money on. A boon for a technophobe such as myself. Recently I purchased a pair of cheap wireless headphones but could not get them to work with my (6 years old) hi fi (the last purcahse I had made at Grahams). Feeling slightly awkward I called them about my problem. It tok a coule og efforts but finally my problem was solved - with no benefit to Graham's other than the generation of a little good will. Grahams has an outstanding reputation for high quality service - and no wonder. It remains THE place to go for good quality audio-visual equipment, regardless of whether or not you are an expert or - like me - useless with technology. More...
