I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Practitioner of NLP Professional Coaching and accredited Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation who is committed to improving the lives of others in need of help. I have trained in a wide range of interventions and offer a personalised and totally confidential service in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment.

I studied hypnotherapy at Central England College of Clinical Hypnosis (CECCH) where I gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (D.Hip). I also have a Diploma in Eating Disorders and OCD. Please see Training, qualifications & experience below for more information regarding additional CPD training.
