Katt is special. I was there yesterday and said, is this bump on my thigh a skin tag, Katt, and she said, yes it is, and if you’d stop picking at it, it might get better. And we both laughed. Katt is absolutely amazing! I miss her! I met her during my pregnancy. I went to her all throughout it and by the end of my pregnancy, I moved about 15 min south of where I used to be. As a first time mom, I'm finding it hard to travel an extra 15 min because if the baby cries in the car, I freak out. I'll be going back to Katt hopefully soon because I miss the way she works. She's wonderful, professional, and above all else, like a friend I've always had! She knows what she's doing and I never leave in pain or in frustration. Katt is an amazing person and an expert in her field. Every time I leave her spa, I come out with beautiful looking skin and feel empowered. I can go on and on about her calming personality and deep knowledge of skin and beauty but the one thing I admire most is how she treats you from the minute you walk in the door.I go in for multiple services and take notice on how clean she is. When preparing for my face, she is sterilizing or getting out brand new tools. She will also wear gloves when appropriate. Curious by nature, I ask a bunch of questions, and she always has an answer, explaining what she is doing and why. She then provides tips on how to maintain my skin until my next visit. When I get my eyebrows waxed, she listens to what I want. She shows me beforehand what hairs will be removed and how the outcome will look. Knowing I am trying to grow my eyebrows out, she has offered great suggestions on how to shape them for my face. Katt and Sunny are both such great professionals! My skin feels so much firmer, brighter and healthier. I feel like my skin is 10 years younger! I've always wanted to get a brazillian wax but like most, was nervous about it. And for such a delicate procedure I don't mind making the commute (an hour) if the service is amazing. Which, it was! Since I am new to living in the suburbs, I had to start all over and find someone who rocked at facials and could determine what is best for my skin. That's when I took to Yelp and stumbled upon Grafin. And I am SO glad I did! At first when I read the reviews, I only noticed Kat's name. When I called, I was told she books up quite fast but I was offered an appointment with Sunny. You guys!! She is AMAZING. Sunny is so sweet and gentle, and really knew what products would work for my skin. I can't believe the improvement I've seen in my skin already. And the products they use are some of the best out there. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy any product, but of course I walked out of there with a bag full of goodies. It would be quite a while before I would run out of wonderful things to say about Katt. I found her through Wedding Wire and was so happy to find she was willing to do my wedding makeup. The look we agreed on at my trial was flawless and what she did on the day of my wedding. She is skilled, knowledgeable and, most importantly, calm. We had a bit of a medical emergency the morning of my wedding. Not only did Katt help us as we waited for the ambulance, she did my makeup after the paramedics left. You couldn't even tell we had such an exciting morning. It was just as flawless as the far less stressful trial run. She was so time efficient that even with our emergency, I was ready on time. I literally cannot imagine how the morning would have run without her and cannot begin to describe how much help she gave me in some pretty intense circumstances. Katt is wonderful! She did the makeup for my daughter's wedding - the bride, 8 bridesmaids and me. What a pleasure she was. Always professional, she also added a calmness to what could have been a little bit of a stressful time! She traveled downtown, was very prompt, and worked very quickly without any of us feeling rushed. My daughter's makeup looked beautiful, as did all the bridesmaids. The bride and I had debated for some time during the wedding planning about different makeup artists, and different types of makeup applications. When we spoke to Katt, we appreciated that she took the time to explain the differences and give us her honest opinion of what would be best. She was spot on - all of our makeup lasted beautifully all day, without a heavy makeup look. Everyone felt she listened to them in terms of heavier/lighter makeup and everyone was very pleased and looked fantastic! We all received many compliments!! Katt is one amazing makeup artist that listens to what you want. After listening to your needs she then offers suggestions based off of your features. I wanted a natural look but really wanted my eyes to pop. We did a trial run first and she studied my face and asked me about my daily routine. She asked me to bring in any photos that might have a style that I was looking for. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything, but I trusted her to create something she felt would fit what I was looking for. She did just that!

On the day of the trial she selected colors accordingly and got to work. During our time together we spoke about planning and the big day. She made me feel comfortable as if we have been friends forever. Before I knew it, she was completed and had me turn around to study her art. It was perfect, just the way I wanted it! She enhanced my natural features and really made my eyes pop. I was super excited to show off my face for an event that night. At the event everyone commented on how good I looked and it barely looked like I had any makeup on. The trial worked out beautifully and I couldn’t wait for the big day.

On my special day, Katt was the first person I saw. My schedule was a little chaotic that day and she was super flexible. Again she gave me the same kind of attentive attention and treated me like a princess. When it came time to look in the mirror at her final art, I was in awe! I looked phenomenal! Everything I wanted and more. That day the compliments were consistent and many people could not get over the fact that my makeup looked so beautiful and natural. Katt was absolutely phenomenal to work with! My cousin has been going to her for years for facials and sent me Katt's information for my July wedding. I am so glad- Katt did such an incredible job on my wedding makeup! I got married July 9th and was worried about my makeup sweating off in the heat & humidity, but my makeup stayed in place all day & night. Katt was super professional, fun to work with, and talented. She was so patient with me even after I requested a second makeup trial to make sure my wedding day makeup was exactly what I had envisioned. Katt is a skincare & makeup genius! She's helped bring my acne/hyper pigmentation skin back to life over the past two years.
