Absolutely amazing arrangements and customer service. I could not have asked for better for my wedding. We had a really particular requirements to have the team use our own vases and create complimentary but differentiated arrangements for each of our tables and the results were just lovely. I could not recommend this florist enough! Truly the most beautiful arraignments and greatest customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a box set of succulents from them and received a valentines bouquet from Grace and Thorn. My succulents are still beautiful months later and I even kept the valentines arraignment for weeks after the flowers died because they aged so well! It was absolutely to date the most beautiful, natural and elegant arraignment I've ever seen. I attempted to attend one of their bouquet making workshops however complications arose with scheduling (on my end) and Grace and Thorn were SO accommodating and helpful with trying to reschedule and work everything out. My colleagues who ordered the flowers delivered to me this morning by Grace and Thorn could not have known that I have looked around this beautiful shop many times before, nor how much I love the space and atmosphere inside! I was so surprised and very excited when they arrived, and I still am - so much so that I have had to write this review. Ordered on Friday for next day Delivery and Nikola contacted me to advise that next day delivery doesn't include Saturdays but will see what she can do. The flowers arrived on the Saturday in an elegant classy box and looked absolutely great.
