What’s your signature dish?
We specialise in our sublime lamb and hog roasts. A popular favorite of our customers is our famous Hasselback Potatoes, that come as accompaniment with all our roasts.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our roasts menus are tried and tested and have been established over many years but our customers requirements always come first and if you have ideas we can help devise a menu around them with you.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing our clients faces at the theater of a hog roast. We always find that our roasts go down especially well at outdoor events such as evening wedding parties etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Whilst working for other companies we were never satisfied at the level of quality that was provided to the customer. We felt the only way to truly satisfy our desire to please the customer was to create our own business.
