Gourmet Hog Roast

I've tried quite a few hog roasts and these guys are by far the best! I was so impressed by them at an event, that my wife & I asked them to cater our wedding. They did the "Banquet Service" for us and we could not have been happier with them. They did a fantastic job. Their staff were really organised, friendly and polite. And the two guys who run it (Marco & Nick) seriously know what they're doing! Beyond the actual Hog, they also did a great selection of canapés, salads, desserts and the full works. Since our wedding they have gone on to cater two of my friends' weddings and an event at my work. Which, in my mind, is the highest compliment that they could get for their work. Thank you so much for an amazing feast at our wedding! Marco and the team were a pleasure to have at our wedding and we're so grateful for all the personal and professional time and effort they gave us in organising the various logistics and coordinating leading up to our wedding. Gourmet were so excellent for our wedding. We had around 250 guests so a lot of mouths to feed but they were fast and professional, and the food was DELICIOUS and plenty of it too. My mum booked The Gourmet Hog Roast Company for her 50th birthday party at Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. From start to finish Nick was brilliant. This was months in the planning and throughout the entire process everyone that dealt with mum was helpful, accommodating and supportive.
On the evening, the food - as expected - was outstanding! They were able to cater for a range of dietary requirements and to the same standard (no sub-par food for vegetarians or cross-contamination for those who don't eat pork!). The staff were wonderfully helpful and patient enough to explain what each dish was to what must have seemed like loads of people. Then they even packed food into takeaway boxes for the guests.

We used this company for our son's 21st and they were absolutely fantastic. The before and after service was brilliant. Marcus and Gabriel arrived midday to set up and start cooking for the evening. They then served the most delicious hog roast, salad, quiche and puddings. There were about hundred people there and the whole lot was finished because they wanted more and more. Thank you Nick and Gourmet Hog Roast for making our special day even more special! The food was amazing!! It's such a great feeling when people are still complementing us on the food we had at our wedding days after it's over! The canapes were out of this world, the staff was so friendly and absolutly happy to be there and make everone happy. The Lamb and Hog Roast, and potatoes were so delicious!! I heard that many brides don't eat at their wedding because they get so busy, but I couldn't resist! I even had a second helping!! lol. Catered their service for family & friends BBQ at home. Impeccable sevice. They came in early morning to set up the roast and station. The hog was roasted to perfection. One of the best I've every tried. They also provide other varieties of food for the guests who doesn't eat pork as add-ons. Lamb, salmon and chicken are served on the side.
