First off the facility is phenomenal and allows many different aspects of fitness. It has turf for sprinting and other agility training that not many fitness gyms have. The fitness ranking system is innovative and allows competition to obtain ultimate fitness goals. James, the head trainer and owner, isn't just another trainer. He is someone who takes pride in helping you obtain your results. He has a proven track record of helping people obtain their personal goals. This gym is an up and coming facility with amazing equipment. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know and I would feel good about doing it.
