The worst company to work for. I delivered a package an hour late due to other packages and traffic. They deducted the entire amount from me, I understand a percentage but the entire amount is bang out of order as I still delivered the package. I used my own petrol to facilitate this, as a company they don’t care about their people, they just want the profits that go to their pockets More...

The Ops team who allocate jobs and the method they employ is open to abuse. They show favouritism and use jobs almost as bribes/reward for doing other pieces of undesirable work.
. The best placed courier, or one who is well known by the client is overlooked
Certain couriers are offered the best paid jobs daily, while others fight for scraps. if Gophr think this practice is ok, then this shows that the company is immoral.
I hope the CEO addresses this problem and reduces inequality and cronyism in the company, One courier should not be offered £1500 worth of work per when another who is willing and able to make the same effort can only muster £100 per week. This vast difference is not based on merit, it is based on abuse and favouritism
The CEO needs to address the malpractice of his Ops team and level out the job allocation fairly and not let a select number of couriers prosper and others struggle. What kind of employer allows this to happen? an immoral one which is not welcome in modern society

In all honesty I don’t think I have come accross a courrier company that cares as much as Gophr ! You are fully in control of your deliveries, the customer service is well and truly helpful and will go the extra mile to help even on a week end ! !! The rates are the best I’ve seen yet for the level of service, and you even get an apology text if your driver is running just 5 mins late. I mean what more could one ask for !
