This was a well organised company with an excellent team of carers and administrators. My husband died on Saturday 17th August and the company's last act was to gently clean him and change him. Very pleased with the family run company Goodwill and Hope. Been with them for 5+ years. All staff have been friendly. Management are approachable and happy to help/ pop around for home visits regarding a service users care. Very personalised which is lovely for the patient and family.
