Baking has been part of my life ever since I can remember, invading the kitchen at any opportunity baking for my family and friends. However, I had one slight complication, in the 80s, after many years of my Mum slowly getting more and more ill, and where no one could find the problem, she was eventually diagnosed with coeliac, a serious autoimmune disorder to gluten. This changed how I baked, from using the prescribed flour, to using other alternatives such as rice and potato flour to make cakes, pizzas, pastry and bread.

We at Goodbye Gluten Bakery offer exceptional customer service to all our clients, whilst treating everyone as an individual.
