There are moments in life when we feel lost, hopeless, and overwhelmed. Whether you come to this place because life circumstances have taken a turn, you've been hurt in some way, or life suddenly feels too big to manage, you need to know there is hope. There is another side to this pain, grief, and struggle, and as a guide, I would love to help you get there. I can guide because I have walked the terrain myself, and have walked many others through it as well.

How do you become the parent, partner, friend you want to be? What does it look like to live a good life, full of joy, meaning, growth and healing? There are things in our world, whether stemming from the past or present, that become barriers to us living that good life. My mission is to support you in finding freedom from what holds you back.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and have been a practicing in the Austin area for almost 9 years. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, and my Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward’s University. I am a lifelong learner, which helps fuel my love for the counseling profession.
