Just what you need in a PT, highly recommend... great workouts (including homework do do on your own) , always keeps pushing your limits, varied workouts and keeps you motivated for your goals, during and outside your session, give him a try, you may ache a bit after, but you won't regret it!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By keeping them accountable up to a platinum level to then achieve gold standard results.
By motivating them and constantly reminding them of their big WHY, why they want to transform their health, why they want to make a change in their fitness and why they started with me in the first place!
By making adaptions when needed to keep the program tailored to best suit them and their life.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I seemed to be the go-to guy for many of my friends for health and fitness tips which I'd picked up over the course of training myself for 10 years. I hated my job so I figured I'd go into doing something I'm passionate about for a living instead. I have been happy doing so ever since, and look to continuously improve my skills, knowledge and experience each day to help transform as many people's lives as I possible can.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should only choose me if you truly want to make a transformation with your health and fitness, I'm not the type of PT to take on any client, I'm very picky with who I help to transform in that regard.
If you want a PT who is going to turn up to train you for the cheapest rate, then I'm not the PT for you.
If you want a PT who is going to be straight to the point and commit to helping transform you, then I'm the kind of PT you're after!
