On more than one occasion they helped me out last minute when I was in a pinch. Particularly one event when we were out of town and my dogs were staying at a Rover’s and got out! Have used Wendy and her team multiple times to watch my cats when I have gone out of town and I have been nothing but pleased with their work. They always send daily updates with pictures and it's clear that her girls love their jobs-Brittney even did a load of laundry when one of my boys got sick on a blanket. That's great customer service! When you are a new customer Wendy comes to you house and take diligent notes so that everything is perfect while you are gone. The team at Good Day Pet Sitters has been nothing short of amazing. When I began my search for a new dog walking service, I was in the midst of a job transition that had me away from home for longer hours and I had just found out that my current walker wasn't showing up as promised every day (terrible, right? ).  Little did I know I'd be getting much more than a simple walker.I have an 8 month old Frenchie with a huge personality and a sensitive system, to say the least. Not only does Stephanie go above and beyond during playtime and feeding, but she's also super in tuned with his general mood and well being.  Not to mention, her pics every day are practically professional quality. I have to BRAG on Wendy and her team! I was out of town for two days and stupidly hired someone on Rover. Well I got a call that my dogs escaped from the Rover sitters yard and were running down the street and picked up by a neighbor. I was sooo terrified and also so assured that I could call Wendy and she would handle it. And that’s totally what she did! Within 30 minutes, one of Wendy’s team members was at this persons house picking up my dogs and returning them safe to my apartment. They took care of them for the rest of the time I was away with lots of walks and staying at my apartment at night. I can’t explain the trust I feel in good day pet sitters! Wendy, Chloe, and Jess love walking Houston the dog, as much as I do. Some weeks when work is busy, they may seem him more than I do too. Houston, my yellow lab absolutely loves his walks with them. The team at Good Day Pet Sitters has been walking my dog every weekday for over a year and half and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Wendy is always accommodating to our schedule, including last-minute walks on weekends and taking my dog to and from the dog groomer. She has even given me really helpful training advice. My husband and I just used Good Day Pet Sitters for the first time after a friend recommended them and we had a great experience! We used them for overnights and had complete peace of mind when we went on our trip (we added an extra day trip so our dogs wouldn't be alone too long during the day. I was happy that we could customize it to what we needed). Wendy (the owner) came over to meet our three wild dogs and was great with them. We didn't meet Rachel who was the one who came over to do the overnights but Wendy asked a lot of great questions and you could tell that she would only send someone she trusts. Rachel sent us updates with every visit which really helped us relax about leaving our girls. It was obvious that our girls took a liking to her, cuddling up on her and eager faces for treats :0) We loved that we could leave our dogs in their home environment - they are all rescues and have their little quirks which is why boarding them wouldn't be an ideal situation. I moved to TX from IL recently and have what I will call an "action-packed" work schedule. Never having used a dog walking service, I quickly consulted Yelp for their sage advice on local dog walkers. Which is how I came across Good Day Pet Sitters. And I have to say, they have lived up to their five star rating. The owner Wendy, along with her manager Jesse are about as dedicated as they come. Admittedly my dog is not the easiest dog to walk, let alone socialize and they know just how to handle her. The daily updates and the general care they give to my dog can't be matched. I often refer to Wendy as Cesar Millan as she has an innate sense with dogs and hires like minded people. I researched multiple dog services before I moved to the area, and I could not be more happy with my decision of GDPS. I receive a picture from my walker every time they visit. The prices are similar, if not more reasonable, to other dog services. The owner, Wendy, is wonderful. She came over for a consult and personally took my fur baby for his first walk...he refused to go outside that day so she took time out of her busy schedule to come back later that same night while I was home to try again. I wish I had found them a long time ago! I have used them for overnights twice now + walks and they are fabulous. I'm having such a good experience with Wendy and the girls.  I moved to Dallas from Phoenix.  This winter was rough for me, but with their help walking Bella I got through it! I use them every week, 3 times a week.  It has made my life SO much easier.  I tell anyone who'll listen.They send me pictures and videos of her every day while out on their walks.  So sweet.Oh!
