Aston came out and inspected the loft which had serious flood and pigeon damage; he sent me the quote 24 hours later and had a team of two people on site for 3 days within the week. They cleaned things up in a very awkward (and hot) space. The job involved take breathing and cleaning equipment up 3 flights of stairs and then bring down over 12 rubble sacks of contaminated rubbish.
