I was very skeptical as i was a first time requester but my experience was very positive. I had a computer that i purchased from PC world and the warranty had expired and speaking to PC world without a warranty seemed to be a lot more expensive then what i could afford. I developed an issue with the WIFI being slow all of a sudden as well as my computer generally slowing down all around. Excellent. Sid found and fixed the fault in about ten minutes. He then used his expertise to give the machine a sSpring clean, removing unwanted progs that were delaying its response. Very amiable expert.

Thank you, Sid. You were as good as your promise. You restored the Scanner link within a few minutes that I have struggled with for many hours, then you spent the rest of the time cleaning up my laptop innards, sothat it can run much more successfully, also inserting a restore point should gremlins ever return. I'm a newbie to Bark but i'm absolutely delighted that this came up on my google search. I am an accountant by trade and use excel heavily but it seems to take forever to calculate simple formulas. The machine was generally slow also despite it being less then 2 years old. The engineer from Goldstar IT managed to speed the machine up remotely and now it runs like a dream. I have 2 laptops one for my home office and the second is personal. They both were aged and running slowly. I was confused about what I could do to speed them up. A new SSD was installed into my laptops by the engineer then he managed to transfer all my pictures and documents over to my new SSD. The machine is literally flying now and everything I need to access is near instant. Not bad for a machine that is over 5 years old. We have a big 5 bedroom home which had issues with Wireless due to the distance between our router to all our rooms. Sid came in and found a solution by first having a look at the capabilities of our router and mentioned dual band 2. 4/5GHz. On his first visit he installed wireless dual band range extenders in our hallway and now we no longer have any dead spots in our WiFi. Very honest and a genuinely good honest person that does not charge and arm and a leg to get the job done. I had 3 machines which all had viruses. This was causing my business to operate at half the efficiency as 50% of the available computers where down. Sid from Goldstar came down to the office and started working on all three machines simultaneously and and cleared all the viruses. My machine had been running slowly for a while. I decided to contact bark and they put me through to a very helpful engineer called Sid. He managed to find many hidden Trojans and removed all of them and then did a health check which cleaned my whole computer. Everything seems to be running a lot more smoother now. I had a computer virus that would not let me log into my computer. i An engineer came down within an hour of me calling up the service and he wasted no time in getting it repaired and was much cheaper then other companies out there which charge and arm and a leg just to have a look at the smallest problems.
