חדר כושר מצויין, מומלץ מאוד גם למי שמגיע לזמן קצר. חדר הכושר ממש מרווח, לא צפוף ולא עמוס. אפשר למצוא את כל המכשירים שתחלמו עליהם :)העובדים במקום ממש נחמדים ומסבירי פניםהמתקנים נקיים וגם המקלחות והשירותים. מומלץ בחום !

I joined the Gym 10 years ago. As soon as it became Golds Gym , the differences I saw were unbelievable, and I began to see the that this Power Couple cared both about the Gym and even more about their members. The remodeling, the emphasis on the overall aesthetics of the gym,the constant upgrading of their equipment....I have seen every day since then that they are committed to every aspect of running this Gym, more for their members than for themselves.Another aspect of Golds that consistently blows my mind, their staff! Every single staff member is professional, kind, courteous and always helpful ...when I walk in I always feel like I'm among friends, both in staff and members...just and overall happy positive family environment .The trainers are amazing....they have the experience !!!! I've seen the transformations in their members!!!! And it's been life changing!Golds offers a variety of classes, more than I've heard from some of my friends that don't live near me. Rob and Mary Zampetti are not only business owners, they have gained my respect and the respect of my family, we have seen consistently throughout the years how they give back to the community, having Dog Adoption days, raising money and goods for so many important causes, I have witnessed many events in the last 7 years...I decided to write this review after accidentally coming across one that was very confusing to me, and frankly, completely inaccurate!!! Rob and Mary run a tremendous gym at Gold's Gym Bridgewater. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the gym is well run, meticulously clean, and is truly a first rate facility not to mention how Rob, Mary, and the rest of their Gold's Gym team treat you like family. The equipment is cutting edge as Rob/Mary are constantly evolving and bringing in new equipment ideas (along with new programs too) to keep members on top of their fitness game. I've also found the equipment to be of excellent quality with premium industry brand names along with plenty of variety for people of all fitness levels to get in a good workout - there really is something for everyone at the place.Over the years, I've been a member of probably over a dozen gyms from mom/pop places to the big, brand names and I'd easily put Gold's Gym in Bridgewater at the top of the list! I was a member of Gold’s for 3 years , now I live in the city and go to equinox and pay 4 times as much as I did at golds , and there is no comparison. half the equipment at equinox doesnt work and is dirty , after seeing what someone recently wrote about the gym I had to weigh in because i was completely shocked about what they had to say about the Zampetti’s and gold’s gym. The owners are there all the time, it’s always spotless and they have more classes and equipment than any other gym I’ve ever been to. They care about all their members and community, they do fund raisers all the time whether it be to raise money for our soldiers, having dog adoption day to rescue shelter dogs that need forever families, that would be put to sleep. To raising money for law enforcement, they not only run the best gym ever but they truly give back to help those in need, after seeing what that person wrote I simply could not sit back and had to tell it like it is. Been going since Golds took over this spot years ago. Much improved. Place is clean and well maintained. Wide variety of machines, free weights and equipment. Lively atmosphere, conducive to reaching your fitness goals. Plus, good for all ages and fitness levels. After spending the past 14 years training at another local gym, I took the risk to change gyms in order to rejuvenate my enthusiasm with personal fitness. I joined Gold's in October 2014 and have found the change to be just what the doctor ordered. The other members are motivating and clearly there with fitness in mind. Gold's Gym in Bridgewater New Jersey is absolutely first class. Everyone of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I am 59 years old and only one step out of physical therapy so I just wanted to share that this gym is truly for everyone. It is the most healing and therapeutic environment whether you are a beginner like me or really advanced body builder. I joined the gym with my son this summer and got a personal trainer Debbie. She is awesome and really has motivated me to finally get into shape! It's a little crazy between 5 & 6 pm but there are so many machines and stations to choose from, you can always use something. Everyone is super nice and there are so many classes and options for working out that I would recommend this gym for anyone!! More...

This gym is very clean, has the best free weight equipment in the area, and a incredibly dedicated staff. I'd like to personally spotlight Charlie Polanco, one Gold's on site trainers. When I came into the gym for the first time in February of 2016, I was 55 Pounds overweight, with next to no muscle mass on my body. When Charlie first evaluated me, I felt embarrassed on how poorly I did with simple exercises, but Charlie kept on seeing what I could be molded into. 9 Months later, I'm down 40 pounds, I have visible muscle mass and definition. While I achieved my goals of what I wanted when I walked in there, Charlie's enthusiasm for his craft sparked a similar fire in me to where I want to keep going as far as I can. I used to hate walking into a Gym, now Its my favorite part of the day. It takes more then a well stocked Gym to create that hype, it takes a dedicated staff who love what they are doing. Best gym around!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great machines and free weight selection to choose from. Clean and always updating thing's. Alot of cardio stuff to choose from and tv's to watch and be able to tune into to listen with the sounddog app through your mobile device which makes doing cardio alot easier. Owners Rob and Mary are super nice and strive for making your experience there the best. Always a great atmosphere to workout. I tend to spend about 2-3 hours there not even realizing it. I dont think i could ever see myself going to another gym then Golds Bridgewater!! More...

Saw a story about Golds gym of Bridgewater supporting the Police in they’re community and around the country. I am a retired LEO in NJ but not close to Bridgwater unfortunately. I commend the action heard about a butt hurt member over the flag and the decision by its owners to keep the flag up. My hats off to you all , and All that supports these great men and women. We only hear the negative from news who have an agenda but no one has heard of the many officers killed in the line of duty this year alone and the most recent ones especially . I’m sure they can name the criminals names but ask about the officers and what they’ve done to achieve heroism you will get a blank stare. We just don’t give these extraordinary men and women the credit they deserve , but to see a story like this reminds me we do have many that care and the reason why we do the job we do!!!! Compared to the old gym I went to this gym is a world difference. At the old gym I went to if a machine broke it would take months for them to fix it, at golds I hardly see a machine broken and if one is they immediately fix it. Also since I’ve been here they have already upgraded and put in a few new machines. It was worth the switch and I’m glad to be part of the Gold Gym family!! More...

This is the best gym in town. Rob and Mary are great business owners and they make sure to take care of their members. The equipment is always being fixed and there’s always new equipment to try out. The staff is always friendly and nice and they always answer any questions you have. At the front desk, Maggie and Eve are always so helpful and the trainers are always so helpful on the floor.
