I love this gym. It's never over full and the people here are generally nice and helpful, especially the manager Brittany. She was very easy and nice to work with and after looking at 5 other gym's, Brittany was the reason Me and my friends all joined she is as real as real can get. Very down to earth. The men's washrooms stall doors need a little fixing but the overall gym experience is great. They have a lot of equipment and a ton of free weights. All the staff are friendly and go the extra mile for you if they can. Great place and highly recommend. More...

I’ve been going to Golds Northgate for 4 months now and it has been a very positive part of my daily routine. Other members are polite and friendly so sharing equipment is never a problem. I also have been seeing a trainer every two weeks and I can’t imagine now going to the gym without that being part of my routine! Chris Baldwin has helped me lose 18 lbs of fat and increase my muscle tone significantly! I did have to push myself to go 4 days a week when I first joined, but now I look forward to going and it’s pretty disappointing if I can’t go. Overall I definitely recommend Golds Northgate as a place to work out, and if you join, get hooked up with Chris for some sessions. You won’t regret it! More...

I spoke to Shafique at the Country Hills Gold gym regarding signing up for a membership. Very impressed with his patience. He went above and beyond to explain all the services they offer and of course the benefits of working out. Shafique is polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I really liked that he did not intimidate or use pressure tactics to get me to join. Love the fully equipped women’s gym conveniently located in the women’s locker area. Definitely recommend dealing with Shafique and joining this gym. Convenient location and close to my home. He made me feel comfortable, was respectful and reassured me that gyms are good for older people as well and they offer great family packages as well. A massive shout-out to MONICA for being the best customer service representative we have dealt with in a while. The person who signed us up at this gym did not give us the full details of what we were signing up for (IE: all the charges and details of the plan were not sufficiently explained, just the price she could get us). This resulted in double-charging which made me miss 1 or 2 of my other bills. Monica, on the other hand, did all the work of really taking time and looking into it, provided suggestions on how to fix it and immediately got cracking on resolving a different employees mistake. On top of that whenever I come in she always has a perky smile on her face, is very polite, knows the Members by name and just seems generally helpful. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because of the lack of oversight that the initial sales person we spoke with had. Monica really saved this one and is now a key reason I still want to remain with this Gym. More...

He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best package for my lifestyle. Amazing gym to workout!! Have up to date equipments and personal trainers. I got a chance to get trained by Arzoo, personal trainer. She got me to learn how to use weights for a balanced and healthy workout. The overall experience is awesome. I highly recommend Arzoo for anyone who wants to learn from a personal trainer.
